We got the booking at a promotion so the price for staying near myeongdong is good. Love that they have a 2 in 1 washer and dryer in the room. The space is just nice for opening up 2 big luggage. The location is splendid. There is a direct airport limousine bus to Incheon Airport within 2 mins walk outside. The only bad part is the smell of the drain coming from beneath the pantry basin. The hotel should do something regarding this.

Location very convenient train station and airport bus station in front of the hotel. The room layout not to small for 17 square meters the room design made the space not tiny.

We enjoyed our stay at Homes Stay Myeongdong. The room size was small, with the smallest bathroom. However, the room has the essentials, including a washing machine with dryer. The location is very convenient with the subway entrance/exit located in the basement and Myeongdong within walking distance. Staff were friendly and accommodated to our needs accordingly. The speed of the lifts can be improved - had to wait a long time and for multiple lifts in order to be able to get to where we needed. We would stay here again in the future.

Easy to find, clean, modern, spacious. This hotel is great for the price and location. They have free luggage lockers.

Room is spacious, 1 double and 2 single beds. lift are busy most of the time. self check-in , easy process else front desk are avail at b2. toilet is small though. washing machine works well and an induction stove avail as well. tv has many channels, but might be confusing for foreigners to operate the remote control if wanna watch cable tv. connected to chungmu-ro subway exit 6. easy to travel out to different areas in seoul due to it being a transfer station. about 1km walk from myeongdong shopping street.

The location of this place was fantastic. Easily accessible to areas around Seoul. Love that there is a washing machine and dryer in the room. There is even a microwave oven and a huge fridge and also an induction stove.

The experience was awesome! My friend and I missed the check-in time but luckily the owner/manager was on the B1 floor around 1:30am and he helped us!

Overall I stay in Homes stay Myeongdong is very pleasant and confortable place . I love the environment of the hotel. The hotel is very convenient place . I stay for 5days 4night. Overall very happy , the only things happen on day one we wants to borrow iron ,the hotel only have 2pc iron avaialable .And so coincidentally have other people borrowing the iron. Once the other guess borrowing the iron, we can’t get until the guess return back on their check out day.so ,for those need to iron their clothing I recommend to bring your own one.to avoid any difficulty .However, we very happy becoz out of good will the hotel managed to get iron for us . The hotel ask the other guest to return in advance. Another part good things about this hotel ,there is provided a bus 🚌 nearby the hotel.you just need to walk about 2minute to the bus station in order to take bus direct to airport. Is an express bus . Take about 1hour 30minute and charge about KRW 17,000. I attcahed the bus schedule for everyone reference . To me it’s very convenient.One more things there is Convenient store just below the hotel, and only take 1stop of subway station to Myeongdong street. One more things we can do laundry every day too. Coz there is washing machine and dryer provided too. After checked out ,there is also a place for you to pit your luggage . And its complimentary .Is highly recommend for people to stay here & I will definetly stay again to this hotel. Thank you very much for the hospitality .

Definitely will visit again, location is so nice and convenient. Metro station just in front of the hotel, there is also a super quick shortcut which i saw from other ppl comment but didn't try yet (basement floor link with metro station). Walk within 10mins can reach myeongdong street! For the hotel itself, i love the washing machine adapted with dryer function!!!! I can wash clothes during travel so that no need to clean dirty stuff after go back home🤣

It is a good hotel with a good location and walking distance to Myeongdong. It is a bit small, so it might be inconvenient for more than two large people. The reception staff was friendly and kind. Cleaning varied in quality from day to day, but was kept at a minimal level of cleanliness.

The stay here in Seoul is our favourite so far. Convenient as it connects directly to Chungmuro subway. It's very clean and quiet. Staff at reception are very friendly and helpful. Although room is not very big and toilet is very small, it has all amenities we need, including cooking and laundry. There's Starbucks, The korean Street food and cafe at B1 are good. There's even a pharmacy at level 2! Namsangol Hanok village is just across the street. It's a must stay hotel 👏Would be good if toilet can have hooks and a vanity mirror for makeup at the sitting area. Otherwise Perfect 😍

Very satisfied with the stay, staff including housekeepers were polite. Hotel is located right at the mrt exit, and in my opinion this station (Chungmuro) is more convenient than Myeongdong station itself because this is also an interchange. Plus point, no limitation on usage for washing machine and dryer.
