Good service, reception speaks almost fluent English! Room is a little small but overall still ok. - 2 bus stops from Myeongdong (or if you want to walk its around 20-25 min walk which was an easy walk tbh as I went during Autumn). - VERY VERY near Gyeongbokgung Palace (literally only 15min if you take the bus) - Walkable to Anguk station (where some of the popular cafes are like Onion and London Bagel Museum), etc. - 5 min walk to Ikseon-Dong (where you can find 2 popular salt bread places (Soha Salt Pond Seoul + Jayeondo Salt Bread), and a lot of other nice cafes, drinking places, KBBQ etc.) - There's also a straight bus to Gangnam if you're planning to travel to visit the clinics! - Straight bus to - Right below the hotel there's a CU as well so SUPER convenient for late night instant noodle supper! It's more convenient to take the bus when staying here as there are a lot of different bus stops around the hotel that takes you straight to popular locations with minimal stops!

Pros: 1) Strategic location - within walking distance to ikseondong, Insadong, Gyeongbukgong, subway station (Jongno-3(sam)ga station which service 3 lines), etc. 2) Toilet - Japanese style bidet (a huge plus point on this as most hotels do not have it) 3) Flooring - Wooden (instead of carpet) 4) Service: Kudos to the front desk person, Min Cheol (Mitch) for his friendliness and going the extra mile for getting the digital luggage scale in time for us from other guests as we checked-out. 5) TV - Netflix is available! Cons: 1) Toilet - drainage system (it gets stuck sometimes causing flooding in the toilet) 2) TV - location where they installed the TV is not ideal, easily bumps into it when walking pass the bed 3) Lack of mirrors - only 1 half-length mirror available in the toilet (suggest to install a full-length mirror on the wardrobe door) Overall, everything is good. It’s my 3rd time in Seoul, it’s an affordable hotel with high price value . Will come back here if I visit Seoul again.

Clean room, nice service, close to everything. City view is a really ugly wall... This area is very crowded, especially during weekends, loud drank people ( just be prepared) . 150$ per night is too much.

We stayed for three nights and everything was great! Especially the location was very convenient. Easy to access to Anguk where there’s a lot of cute cafes and you can also go to Myeongdong by walking. The room was so clean and the staff were very nice! I’ll definitely stay again next time. 캄사함니다:)

I recently stayed at N285 Hotel Insadong, and I must say it offered a wonderful experience overall. The hotel boasts all the essential amenities one could need, from clean and comfortable rooms to excellent service provided by the staff. Every interaction felt warm and professional, contributing to a truly pleasant stay. Though the hotel can feel a bit packed, especially during peak times, it doesn’t detract much from the overall comfort and convenience. In fact, the hustle and bustle seem to add to the vibrant atmosphere of the place. What stands out the most, however, is the incredible value for money. Considering the quality of the service and facilities, This hotel is definitely a top choice for those looking for an affordable yet excellent place to stay.

The room size was nice and the staff are very friendly however the toilet is quite small and the shower water draining was a bit slow. The location is good.

This hotel was lovely . It was exceptionally clean. The check in was quick and the staff were kind. It’s located in a fantastic location and way to use the buses to get around . The hotel is also close to quite a few vegan restaurants. And was super easy to get to from the airport. The room was on the small side but it’s expected. The view from the room was beautiful. Only downside the noise from the road carries.

The hotel has great location, good for travelling around near Myeongdong. As it’s a green hotel it has lack of amenities which is fine as we brought our own. There’s also a convenience store just by the lobby and a cafe which is good

Hotel was lovely. Location is strategic. A tad on the smaller side but this is expected in Asian countries. Room cleaning was spotless. The only thing that I didn't like was the bathroom shower is not enclosed with no method to prevent the shower wetting the bathroom. Strange but I noticed this is common in Korea.

Room are new and clean, close to shops, train station and other amenities. Highly recommended.

All Staff are friendly and polite. Most peaceful. There are CU shop, Cafe and Subway line 3 exit 5. If you would like to go to Incheon international airport by airport limousine bus, you should take taxi to Jangchung Arena. It's a nearest bus stop about 2-3 km. from hotel.
