The Best Jeju Seongsan anmeldelser

No room cleaning daily. Only once every 3 days. Bath towels are pathetically small. More like a face towel. No mineral water provided on first day. Only given on second day. No tooth brushes. No tooth paste. No shavers given. Front male staff don’t speak English. Hotel parking is open car park, not the basement carpark inside hotel.  Cafe near hotel was wonderful. Great views and fantastic coffee.

Good location with a lot of local restaurants and supermarkets close by. There is a car park inside, and we had no trouble getting a space. There is a 7-11 inside the hotel and also washing machine and dryer facilities.

We had a great experience to stay in here! Definitely will be back when we travel to Jeju again, the location was nice, the view can see directly to the 성산일출봉 mountain! We even have the jacuzzi in the the room

The location is isolated and difficult to access without a car. The surrounding has very limited amenities. However the hotel is very close to Seongsan Ilchulbong and is convenient for an early sunrise tour.

The room was so smaller than the pictures, not clean and there is not cleaning service, no bath towels, bath carpets and any shower cap…those were written on the website. The location was far from the beach, far to the attractions, we had to walk hours to find restaurants or to arrive attractions. I hate ****** people, unhelpful and they are so rude every where we visited. Rejected us when we asked for directions. The hotel let guests wait for hours in the lobby even they had enough rooms (I arrived the hotel at 11am and saw many guests checked out, but the reception kept rejecting to let us check in earlier, so we had to wait 4 hours, and there were many guest were in the same situation). I think I never want to go again this country for traveling anymore.

It was a simple hotel. Due to the meeting place we has to stay in this hotel. overview it was not bad.

The location was average but its fine because we were driving and they had ample parking spaces. Pool was not in service and no other facilites other than a 7 Eleven at the lobby. Bed was good and rooms were clean.

Lovely view out of the window but the room needs a little updating. Comfortable and clean but worn. Having an on-site 7/11 is handy but I was expecting a swimming pool which was not in use even though it was advertised as being so.

Its a budget hotel so its important to set your expectations right. Facilities and carpets are old, they only offer occasional room clean up, otherwise clean sets of towels and water will be dropped at your door every other day. Towels are old and sometimes smell. The toilet glass might not be well blurred so if you need privacy with your roommate do keep that in mind. Otherwise, staff are kind and helpful, speaks fluent English and there is a convenience store just at the lobby. They have also recently adopted a cute dog that was abandoned by previous owner so they are all kind hearted people. The view is great if you choose the ocean view as you can see the Seongsan Sunrise Peak Park directly from your balcony. There are numerous great food choices in the area but it could be inconvenient when it rains so plan wisely! Thank you hotel staff for the hospitality!

Room was clean and spacious. Check in was fast and staff were friendly.

Towels were worn out. Receptionist was sad to work in that hotel as we guessed. Rooms and bathroom were very small

The location is good and the room is comfy! We got upgraded room with a view. Unfortunately the pool is down, but other than that all is good! The staff is also very helpful
