GoldOne Hotel & Suites

Absolutely loved our time at this hotel and sad to leave! The food was brilliant and staff were so caring! Amazing sea views and great to have a heated pool. Just 15 mins in an Uber to the city and very close to the waterfalls

Not a full four star hotel. Very nice sea view from the balcony. The choice in the restaurant for breakfast is relatively poor and very limited for dinner in the evening. In the vicinity of the hotel the choice of restaurants is very limited. One needs a car to find more good options.

The location is great for self driving. Besides, we really appreciate the front desk of this hotel who called HoJun. He tried his best to help us with some stuff which could not be solved without his support.

Nice and spacious room but room requires some upgrading. Overall a great experience and love the hotel.

Take note that photos for Standard Suite are not accurate! Even though we booked the standard room with the pictures showing the carpeted floor and with sea view, the actual room given to us had no carpet and the view was blocked by the hotel pavilion. We had to go through a long process of discussing with the staff and finally the hotel manager offered us an "upgrade" to the Deluxe Suite which corresponded to the photos on Trip.com which was our initial booking anyway. Appreciate the gesture but not the trouble and misrepresentation. For the two rooms, one had sea view and the other had view of the other side of the city (high rise residential blocks). Jacuzzi pool was dirty, the water looks brownish. However the views and design of the suite were indeed beautiful. Free parking provided and the breakfast offerings included steak, however it was only offered for 2 pax, even though our booking was for 4 pax. Very strange arrangement and hotel asked to top up for the other 2 breakfast.
