every day was a party to come back to the hotel, from the street with the marina in the back you walk through the alley to the top, upon entering you are greeted kindly by the staff, inside the hotel a beautiful styling with beautiful rooms with nice bathroom

Just returned from a three night short break. What a wonderful experience. Been open about eighteen months so everything new and modern - but entirely in keeping. Wonderful staff who could not be more helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast and while no restaurant for other meals plenty of restaurants near by. Great location with no traffic noise and only 5 minutes from the ferry to Valetta which takes about 15 minutes. Our first time in Malta and would suggest Birgu is a far better place to stay than Valetta itself.

Loved this hotel. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. Our room was spacious with a balcony and lounge. The roof top pool and hot tub made it for us and felt so special. The hotels location in Burgu was so beautiful. I couldn't find any faults. The hotel was probably the nicest we have stayed in. Thank you!!

Excellent hotel with equally excellent staff! Perfect location and top quality rooms and rooftop pool. I can recommend this hotel to anyone. The building is full of history but has a modern touch at the same time. High ceilings in the large rooms. A gem!

The hotel is in an amazing building, night staff (Italian man - didn't catch his name) was very welcoming and efficient when I arrived and again at breakfast. The room was fantastic, clean, comfortable and very nicely presented with everything I needed for my short stay (over night for work). Breakfast menu was great and the chef was flexible if you wanted changes from the set items on offer. Definitely my new choice of hotel to stay when I am working nearby as it's ideal in so many ways... pleased I found you - thank you

The attention was incredible, Elisa and Roman were very nice and made our stay really pleasant. The hotel is very well located, looking really elegant and the rooms and common areas very clean and modern. It is a shame we could not stay longer but will definitely be back.

Wonderful hotel in the most perfect location. The atmosphere as you walked in was warm and welcoming; wonderful fragrance too. The breakfast was superb and the staff were beyond helpful; kind and welcoming at all times. Would highly recommend this hotel; we will definitely go back!

If you would like to immerse yourself in Malta's beautiful sights and history then this is the place for you. The hotel is located next to the church of St. Lawrence in Vittoriosa (Birgu) with beautiful views of Senglea (Isla) and a short walk from Cospicua (Bormla). The ferry terminal to Valletta is a few meters away and there are many excellent restaurants and cafes to chose from in the surrounding area. Breakfast at the hotel is not to be missed.

Chose this hotel as the reviews were already fantastic - and I can only add to them! Absolutely everything was spot on here - from the minute we walked in the door! The decor is stunning and we really felt like we were staying in a palazzo steeped in history. Our room had a little balcony with a lovely view, and a vaulted stone ceiling. Renovated to perfection with lots of little alcoves and touches that help you remember the history of the place. The staff couldn't do enough for us, and the breakfast cooked to order was a daily treat. The rooftop area is simply stunning. We were staying in December for a week but still managed to get a lot of use out of it. The pool isn't heated but was nice for a bracing dip before sinking in to the hot tub - which was gorgeous of an evening to see the lights and listen to the church bells. The location is also great - the ferry stop to Valetta is just a very short walk along the harbour and there are restaurants along the front and in the square behind if you want to stay local. Oh. And the best Gelato shop in Malta is just next door and open all hours.... Honestly - did I dream up this hotel?
