Excellent breakfast - allergens indicated as well. Great facilities with quality amenities. You can control lights and aircon via a tablet. You can even set alarms on it. Location within walking distance from the JR Sendai station. Staff was polite and helpful. Love that you can check if the restaurant is full in the morning via the TV in the room. Coin laundry payment is cashless. Such an enjoyable stay.

This hotel is relative new and about 8mins walking distance from Sendai station. The room is clean and relatively larger than Tokyo hotel. Lots of restairants and shops around the station. Recommend for couples or family visitor.

Hotel onsen is very good. Both breakfast and seafood dinner are excellent. Really enjoy our stay and will definitely recommend this hotel.

Super great location, driving distance to Zao Onsen Ski Resort and Yamagata. Staffs were very friendly to us, onsen was treat. We had a good time!

Location is convenient to the town center to shopping and dinner. Good and friendly service. Only not enough laundry machine.

Hotel is conveniently located near to shops and train station, making it easy to travel around and get your food/souvenirs. Furniture are well-maintained. Bathtub is small but deep enough for one to soak after a day of shopping and sightseeing.

Very good and nice hotel with comfortable utilities, we will recommend our friends to visit the hotel. The room was big and just near the JR station, you may hoop on the JR station straight to まつしま.

The hotel is modern and the room is larger by Japanese standard. As practised by most hotels, amenities like toothbrushes and tea bags can be taken from the reception counter. The hotel has thoughtfully provided small plastic bags for customers to bag the amenities though I see this as counter to their green efforts. There is a laundry room, but the wash may not be thorough as my clothes did not come out smelling fresh.
