The hotel is located near Yodobashi with local supermarket and 7-11 nearby. Staff were all very nice and helpful. The room was neat and tidy.

Good location right across from Sendai Station, excellent value for money.  However, the staff's English capabilities are limited, other than that everything was great!

The staff is excellent and the breakfast food is okay. The location is perfect to Sendai Station. Just need to take a minute walk only.

Location is great, very close to the East exit of the train station. Good size room but housecleaning is a bit sloppy. Found hair on the bed and an unwanted hair band on the floor the day when we checked in. The front desk was very apologetic about it. Overall we are satisfied with the stay.

The hotel is next to the station. It's clean and we had a massage chair in the room. Amenities were available at the front desk. We had a very good breakfast at the restaurant, which is a sake and fish restaurant at night.

The hotel is located just a few minutes by walking behind the main station and there are a lot of yummy food stores along the way & at the station so we never stayed hungry. There was a lot of road works during the time we were there so it’s a bit inconvenient but apart from that the room was at decent size & very clean. If you arrive early than standard check-in time, do a little walk around the city center and come back a little before the time so that you may avoid the queue when everyone shows up at said time.
