The hotel's primary focus on Chinese guests is evident in its services and amenities, which are predominantly in Chinese. This should be clearly stated in the hotel description on the booking websites. The villa itself is well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with everything you need. The beds and linens are of good quality, the toiletries are nice, and the bathroom is modern and clean. The air conditioner is quiet, but the external unit is quite noisy. The exterior and garden are lovely and clean. The breakfast buffet was subpar, with cold food and coffee that required guests to microwave (completely in Chinese) it themselves, which was also a major inconvenience. Yet, the variety and quality of food was good and tasty. The staff seemed indifferent to the lack of coffee and food, and the lady who came to "check" on us only brought coffee when we asked. Overall, our stay was satisfactory, but this place definitely needs to improve its hospitality and guest service. Given the above this place is too overpriced.

Great styling, close proximity to town, free shuttle, friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is so far from the airport and the center. The environment is very quiet but there are so many bugs. The worst thing is high temperature even with the air condition keep working all the time in the afternoon. In conclusion,the hotel doesn't worth the price.😓😓

Beautiful, comfortable and clean villa’s and very helpful staff but nothing to do on site. Pool was empty. We only stayed one night to transfer to Mabul island. Other guests are mostly Chinese. We were offered an up and downtown transfer to Semporna around dinner time which was very nice.

Very good experience here with Opine. Clean room and toilet also the outside view around villas is awesome! Me and my girlfriend had a good time!

Villa is located far away from the pier. The hotel did provide the free shuttle service. The staffs were very friendly. However, villa is not very comfortable compared to the normal hotel.

We chose Opine Villas as we wanted a more spacious place for our three nights at Semporna. We wanted to ensure we got well-rested before each coming day that was full of activities. We’re glad the villas were beautifully maintained and our every need was attended to. Highly recommended for couples and families!

大家都説仙本那鎮上住宿條件差，我看了幾家確實不行，突然刷到菠蘿的海，首先被她的景色迷住了，完全度假村的風格，預訂好後➕了老闆微信，老闆很貼心，告訴我們要提前準備什麼東西，包括我們去那邊出海都是老闆這邊幫忙安排的，服務非常細緻，我還沒到仙本那就已經專門拉了一個服務羣，到了會提前安排接機，一路上不用操心，有問題在羣裏問隨時回覆，我們入住的兩室的，房間很大，很乾凈，去鎮上都有班車，會推薦當地美食，性價比很高，可惜行程比較趕，要不然真想多住幾天，下次有機會再去好好玩幾天，依然選擇入住菠蘿的海～

特別慶幸自己做對了選擇題，在諸多的酒店中選擇了菠蘿的海，這裏私密性好，獨棟別墅，直接和大自然來個親切擁抱，這是在城市中久處的人所不能匹及的，鬆弛感滿滿，下次一定還會選擇這裏！

算是在樹林裏的一處獨棟小別墅 房間很大，自帶陽台可以曬曬衣服什麼的 酒店還有去鎮上的班車 屬實還是比較方便出行的 這次和幾個朋友一起出行， 還順便讓酒店老闆幫忙安排的跳島遊和海釣什麼的 也很方便快捷

房間乾淨整潔，民族周邊原生態環境特別適合親子出行，晚上睡覺很安靜，熱水器是獨立的，出水恆温，整體很不錯

很漂亮！木屋被棕櫚樹包圍滿滿的海島風情。房間很乾凈也很新，冷氣很足，早上拉開窗簾簡直治癒。 店家服務也很好，有中文服務的，出門有定時幾趟免費班車可以坐，去跳島或者去買東西吃飯都很方便。如果不坐班車，自己打車出門也不貴。推薦！

衞生：超級乾淨，而且超級安靜、安全，離鎮上開車10-20分鐘，每天有固定時間專車接送到鎮上或者跳島的碼頭 服務：早餐什每天早晨都是固定的炒米粉，火腿腸，牛奶，麪包片！服務態度還是很好的，老闆娘很負責！

居住環境在鎮上算比較好的，每天都有往來鎮上的班車（10分鐘），酒店可以預訂跳島遊，有中文服務羣，很好
