Overall a very satisfied customer here except for the part where i tried to contacted their pic using the number given but not response😌 was a bit scared if this is a scam things but luckily it wasnot. The view was spectacular. The boat transfer was smooth and on time. The breakfast and dinner was excellent. Ate unlimited fresh deliciously cooked crab for dinner. Only the lunch is just so so for me. Also provide transparent kayak things, snorkeling set for free. But we can only go into the sea when the water level is a bit higher for safety reason (around 3-6pm) The water is really crystal clear. 10000% Recommended!

Semporna is really beautiful, the views are perfect and boat and car transfer to villa are organized well, which was great. The facilities of the family villa are very basic, no storage space or hangers whatsoever.

great romantic getaway. staff helped set up a sweet Valentines surprise upon arrival. very quiet and relaxing.

The staff was amazing and the facilities were top-notch, especially the view. The food was delicious and the staff kept everything stocked even if I showed up late for a meal.

Overall I enjoyed our stay in sky water villa. When I was booking I read the reviews also worried that they are a bit old, so that the houses might not be well maintained. But during my stay I feel like the houses are used but still in okay manner. The best thing for this hotel is that I think they have the best house reef, and you can see turtles at night from your balcany. I went snorkling a few times during my stay I saw quite a few clown fish aka nemo and many fishes and even a sea eel one day. They also provide “galss” kayak which you can watch sunset on it. And the best thing they offer is that the tours you book with the villa starts around 10 am, you can just get ready and wait in your room, and when the boat is here the staff will get you from your room, and you’ll finish the tour around 3-4 pm which is the afternoon tea time at the villa. Instead of in the town area you need wake up early and meet and wait at the jetty around 8:15 am . And power supply is stable just may be ocassion blackout but it would turn back on very soon. However I do think they need to clean their air con as the one in our room seems very dusty, we had to clean the filter ourselves, they were very dusty. And during the afternoon coz our villa faces the sunset direction the air con feels a bit not strong enough. And the aircon outer unit is installed right at the room’s wall so it’s a little bit noisy, I’d suggest why not just use a more powerful window unit instead. The food is so so, but it’s difficult to cater everyone’s preference for food. The hotel is not cheap and maybe not very cost effective compare to hotels in other places, but to be fair i think if you want to go to semporna, this might be a reasonable option as overall semporna and malaysia is very expensive for tourists. And i higly recommend to stay at least 2-3 nights instead of 1 night to fully enjoy and relax yourself.

We had an amazing stay at Sky Water Villas! We loved everything, the room was so cozy, friendly staff, and the food was so delicious! Definitely recommend and will go back if I have the chance!

A beautiful setting for a couple of nights with relaxing days. Swimming is restricted to tides and generall quite hard as current is powerful. Food was very good and plentiful. Staff were ok but kinda slow and disinterested but good when oromoted

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sky Water Villa in Semporna. The villa is beautifully designed and impeccably clean. The king sized bed was comfortable, ensuring restful nights under the stars. One of the highlights of the stay was the all-inclusive buffet dining, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. The afternoon tea with snacks was a lovely touch, providing a perfect mid day treat after our island hopping and snorkeling or hiking. Free wifi available at the restaurant and lobby area. The staff were exceptional, friendly and accomodating. A standout feature was the free use of snorkeling equipment and life jackets. Although the area around the villa does not feature coral reefs, the sand bank during low tide is a unique experience. It's a perfect spot for a leisurely walk and to observe the stunning starfish scattered across the shallow water. During snorkeling, we also spotted some sea turtles, some colourful fish and even swordfish. The reef is only near the jetty area which is very deep and has strong current. We had a relaxing and wonderful time living over the ocean with a touch of adventure. Highly recommended!

This is sunset room, you can view the sunset direct from your room balcony. They have mini fridge. This room type no TV but have free WIFI. Food is ok. Staff good.

staff was friendly and helpful but the food there was very bad rice was hard and chilli was hard the portion of the food was not enough for the guest too some guest came later didnt get to have any food at all,the room also have a constant issue of power shortage and water shortage in the middle of the night wanted to take a shower but there wasn’t any water…and the power shortage was in the day and the room was so hot without the aircon couldn’t have a good rest at all but the view and surrounding there is breathtaking and the water was clear overall wasn’t the best experience I don’t think I will come back here or recommend it to my families and friends
