Garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access (mountain road). 30 m footpath to the house. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bakery 5.5 km, bicycle rental 5.6 km, bus stop "Semione Municipio bus 132" 3.5 km, railway station "Biasca FFS - SBB" 9.6 km.
