nice cabin with rinjani view. comfortable and good service. The staff there rode me to the nearest laundry bcs i had no transport. Lurvee 🫶🏻🫶🏻

a really cute private cabin although it gets quite cold at night. the area is lovely and staff are always willing to help

the rinjani view from outside so nice but little bit dissapointed with the rinjani view from the cabin because blocking by the big bamboo tree. so sad because before i book the room i already chat with bobocabin lombok to request the nice rinjani view from cabin and promised by them. turns out dissapointing. sad. but overall stay is ok 👍🏼

Nice hotel and nice view. Unfortunately, no rstaurant nearby and u need to get motorcyle to the nearest restaurant or order direct to the hotel and need to wait for another 1 hour for the food serve to your room

The hotel is interesting. It's new and modern and very minimalistic in both good and bad ways. The room is like a box. It's not bad. You access the door and control window dimming and light with a phone app (or a screen on the wall). The bed is comfortable. The room has a nice shower, although you can easily pinch your fingers when sliding the shower door (very painful). The two issues I had were the flies that I couldn't get out of the room (they easily get inside through the door and don't leave) and breakfast/dinner that is served in a cardboard box. It's not particularly pleasant or tasty. The staff is very friendly and helpful (just like all other Indonesian people I met). It was hard to get a car to leave the village, but the staff person called all of his friends and found me a driver. The hotel is situated on the edge of the village. I didn't have a motorbike so it took me 15 minutes to get to a nearest shop and 30 minutes by foot to get to the start of the Pergasingan hiking trail.

My account was hacked and this hotel was booked using my points but refused to cancel the booking, even after several requests.

Beautiful hotel with good view. Just that they only have one pillow for each and pillow is very flat. If you could provide more pillows or a thicker pillow would be great. Staff are nice. They even rented us their own hike since the ones that they had for rental wasn't enough to accommodate 2 people

Pls plant more trees and flowers, this will attract more travellers to come, also pls provide egg and mushroom for BBQ, that's will be excellence!
