This is my second time here. Alot of improvements has been made. Breakfast now have more options. The cafe a bit far because they move them to the new building, but you can request for buggy service.

I had an amazing stay at Roxy Sematan! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view of the sea. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials we needed for a relaxing getaway. The beachfront location is absolutely perfect for unwinding, with direct access to the beach and plenty of activities to enjoy. The staff were attentive and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The on-site restaurant served delicious local dishes, and we particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood. The atmosphere is tranquil, making it an ideal spot to disconnect from the busy city life. Whether you’re looking to relax by the beach or explore the surrounding area, Roxy Sematan has it all. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a peaceful and memorable vacation!

The room is simple with basic amenities. Have to bring own toothbrush & toothpaste. Room size is OK. The building is situated next to the road, just across from the beach. Partial view of the beach, there is new building construction in front of the beach which partially obstructs the view. It still has nice sunset view. Breakfast is simple: fried rice & mee, baked beans, bread and cornflakes. On weekend, they also serve laksa sarawak & toast. Swimming pool with two different depth, one for adult & the other for children. There is sand & floating whitish debris here and there inside the water, need for some pool cleaning.

The service is good and the view is very beautiful, but the food service while at night not operate so better eat when siang hari . That is my experience in Roxy Canopy Vila

Okay location for a short vacation, but the unit seems to be run down a bit. Bbq pit is provided but it’s a bit far from the unit itself, and its first come first serve basis. Can improve on the cleanliness of the unit, and friendliness of the staffs. Otherwise, all are okay..

So far so good..nice view.. the only not best check in only can be done at 3pm and check out need to be early as 11am..other than that ok

Perfect! Best hotel in Lundu, panoramic ocean view. Spacious room and very clean.
