Nice hotel good restaurant nice bar, but hotel is far to expensive bathroom is For a 2 star hotel. Its a pity that they ask a fortune pictures of the hotel room and bathroom done by photoshop. So payment in advance. Advise there are much better ones Honestly bathroom is cheating

A must stay if visiting g The Dolomites. Location is excellent with walking distance to shops, restaurants and bus stops. Rooms are clean a d nicely decorated with stunning views. Staff are friendly and breakfast choices are huge. Complimentary water in room each day and the spa facilities are great at the end of a day hiking

What an amazing experience, from the location, balcony views, breakfast, hosts, amenities, etc! This hotel has everything you need for a perfect, serene, and exciting Dolomite adventure! Werner was so nice, and the rest of the staff were so helpful and hospitable, can’t compliment them enough. We will recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family, and definitely will be returning for our next stay in Selva. The room was a nice size, with complimentary water bottles restocked throughout the duration of our stay, beds very comfortable, rooms were cleaned with extreme detail daily! The balcony was jaw dropping beautiful, so nice to enjoy a drink on or just witness the beauty of the Dolomites. The only adjustment I would’ve made was make the shower larger. We made it work with the removable shower head, but it was really tight. But the other positives of the stay far made up for the smaller shower. The spa alone has a huge shower, two saunas, lounge chairs, a fire place, and infrared chairs. So nice after a long day of hiking or mountain biking, to come back to a relaxing spa, and recover for the next day of adventures. They provide a Gardena bus pass that allows unlimited bus rides around Val Gardena, and easy access to Bolzano for catching the train. The breakfast spread was incredible, so many options, coffee, all delicious and fresh, the perfect way to start the day of adventures in the Dolomites. The lifts are a short walk away, and bring you right front and center some of the most beautiful mountains in the world! Highly recommend purchasing the Gardena Card from the lift ticket office, and go up all of them! Can’t recommend this hotel, or area enough! Grazie mille Hotel Acadia!

Overall excellent stay! Clean and comfortable rooms with nice amenities. Fantastic location 10 meters from the ski lift and an excellent rental shop. Good breakfast (only starts at 8 which is a bit late for early skiers) and very nice terrace with sunset. Best of all, all service was impeccable and came with a smile, nothing was a problem and the staff made us feel right at home. Overall one of the best stays i've ever had in the Alps, highly recommended!

Extremely relaxed and comfortable hotel where the staff are the highlight, above even the excellent facilities. Whether front desk, bar, restaurant or housekeeping, everyone was courteous, helpful and clearly well trained (or experienced). By way of example, we never had to remind anyone of our room number and the housekeeping managed to clean and tidy the room every day while we were at breakfast - it just happened. Rooms very comfortable with a good view down Val Gardena. Website photos give an accurate impression - with excellent heating and hot water, wifi and quality linens. Location is superb. Literally right next to Nives drag lift, which is quiet but also provides a very convenient way to sneak onto the Ronda circuit or drop into Selva for the Plan Gralba or an excursion elsewhere. There is ski rental across the road too, and the hotel can print ski pass for you if you pre-book via Dolomitic website. Could not be easier. Spa has three saunas, plenty of loungers, infinite towels and a very relaxed atmosphere, despite being in the basement. Restaurant B24 also excellent - I will add a separate review for evening meals. For breakfast, a superb selection of fruit, cereals, yogurts, patisserie, juices, cheese, speck etc. hot options are limited to eggs, bacon and sausage - but you’d be missing the best bits if you skip patisserie and many breads. Highly recommended.
