Very clean and good hotel that made my stay. The room configuration was good. Conveniently located next to a shopping mall, with plenty of dining options nearby—you definitely won't go hungry.

My second time staying here. Overall Service and Experience is better than the first. Hotel is connected to a mall. Some rooms come with bath tub and the design may not be suitable for seniors.

The room is big, bed is very comfortable. Breakfast so so but service is good. Location is perfect just above the Paradigm mall. Many eateries in the mall. Wifi connection was not very good, but still acceptable.

We really enjoy the stay, our first time here. It is very clean, quiet. Customer service was good too. A pity there's no rain shower in the bathroom, only the old shower type. No body lotion was provided but given upon request. They serve welcome drinks and popcorn at a station next to the check in/out counters. Very convenient location connected directly to Paradigm Mall JB, has sufficient F&B and retail options, massage places, a cinema with different hall options and also an archery place. Very fun and nice place. Good choice.

I stayed at Hyatt Place Johor Bahru Paradigm Mall for 1 night in July with my husband. We had travelled all the way from London, and this was my husband’s first time visiting Johor Bahru. I had specifically chosen this hotel so we could unwind and enjoy a nice swim, especially after the long journey and in the hot Malaysian weather. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed that the pool was closed for cleaning due to the end of the school holidays — something that was not mentioned on the hotel website or during booking. This was really disappointing, especially since the pool was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel as a treat for my husband. After speaking with the staff, the hotel management was understanding and offered us a discount, which we appreciated. Aside from the pool issue, the stay was lovely. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the overall facilities in the hotel were modern and enjoyable. It’s also conveniently connected to Paradigm Mall, which made dining and shopping easy. In summary, we would consider returning in the future — but I do hope the hotel improves communication about facility closures moving forward.

First stay at the hotel for a night. The hotel is well kept, room and toilet are clean. Basic amenities in place. However the pool is under maintainence for a few days. Breakfast was decent. The gym is small and compact. It would help if the gym temperature is kept lower. Its quite stuffy while working out in the gym given the hot weather. It helps that the hotel is connected to the mall. Very convenient for shoppers.

Easy Access to Paradigm mall. Nice pool view. Love it so much... We enjoyz it so much!!!!

The hotel is located above mall so convenient to eateries and shopping, the parking is abit confusing and the toliet has a smell initially but after staff clean, it was ok. Room is spacious. Overall good experience.

A repeat stay for me. Love the location and this time round, I was truly impressed by their service - they set up the sofa bed woth blankets, pillows and extra towel for a complete stay for my family of 4. Thank you!

Room was spacious, at level G there was only 1 like concierge but can do check in there, we came around 3pm but room was not ready, they whatsapped me when one of the rooms was ready around 330pm. They do not have extra bed but they can turn the sofa to bed (as per wat they said). Breakfast was not bad. Not a lot of variety but not bad, they have fresh orange juice machine. The pool view room was better than city view.

Excellent stay with the easy access to shopping mall. Only bad thing is the Wi-Fi connection is very weak. Unable to even load Youtube video. Using own data, weak reception as well. Other than that, everything is good

Is a very nice and beautiful hotel perfect for family staycation! The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful in their service. Highly recommended to all type of travellers!

Not our first time here so we were quite accustomed with the hotel location and amenities. Drove down to Hyatt JB from Melaka. Service was quite straightforward, though I felt it was more self-service at my end. Hotel’s direct connection to Paradigm mall was a plus for me and my family. Room was alright overlooking the highway and spacious enough for my family of 4. No qualms, will definitely come again.

My number one choice to stay in JB. I love the warmth provided by the staffs and the mall beside it is so equipped with all the brands. Sutera mall is nearby too.
