Hotel Inn Design Sedan

I came to Sedan on a real estate inspection of a nearby chateau for a client. I drove in from Luxembourg to stay in this conveniently located hotel. Check in was quick and simple with reservations . Room 102 at the top of the stairs was a basic room with TV on the wall but no English TV channels. So it was streaming TV on my iPad bedside. About the bed, I have never had a more restful sleep. The showers have rapidly hot water. The best part of my stay was a gracious and accommodating guest services provided by TRACY. Hotel owners, give TRACY a raise. She is a ROCKSTAR! L'enregistrement a été rapide et simple avec les réservations. La chambre 102 en haut des escaliers était une chambre basique avec une télévision au mur mais pas de chaînes de télévision en anglais. C'était donc la télévision en streaming sur mon chevet iPad. Concernant le lit, je n'ai jamais eu un sommeil aussi réparateur. Les douches ont de l'eau chaude rapidement. La meilleure partie de mon séjour a été les services aimables et arrangeants fournis par TRACY. Propriétaires d’hôtel, donnez une augmentation à TRACY. C'est une ROCKSTAR !

Very much a budget hotel option. Think unpopular Travelodge on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, or university accommodation. However, it was good value at less than £60 for a family of 4 for one night in the summer holiday. Only one member of staff on reception, but very friendly and helpful. Handy location for The Ardennes region in France and Belgium.

If I could give the hotel a NIL mark, I would. Firstly we couldn't get into the room, the receptionist had to shove the door very hard. The room was so small, there was less than half a metre round the bed. We couldn't get out of bed until we had rearranged the furniture and put the table on top of the chair. There was nowhere to put anything - no wardrobe or chest of drawers etc. There was dirt on the walls of the corridor and our room. The stairs hadn't been vacuumed. The bed was very uncomfortable, it sloped into the middle. The sheets and pillowcase were stained. There was one ordinary pillow and one square one. There was only one clean (foam) cup. The shower could not be used properly as it did not fit together. The breakfast was non-existent, apparently they had had a fire in the kitchen 3 weeks ago. Nobody informed us of this on arrival. The times for breakfast were displayed in by the reception desk and my husband actually commented on it.. The receptionist didn't say that there was no breakfast. She couldn't speak English very well. When I complained in the morning, another receptionist told me I had booked a room only stay. On ***********, you cannot book a 'bed and breakfast' stay, the breakfast is extra. There was a lot of traffic noise, there was no air-conditioning so we had to have the window open. Pigeons were nesting on the windowsill, so there was a lot of noise from them too.

Where to even start. We booked this place as we were traveling through France on sort of a dream vacation. We only booked for a night. It was just a short stop. We'll we knew we were going to arrive late sovI began to try to contact the hotel right away in the morning or the day of our stay. I must have called 6 times. Never an answer. I left several messages through ***********. Never a response. Their website said latest possible check in was 11 pm. So we got there as soon as we could. We arrived to find no one there. No way to check in and no where for 4 people to sleep. We found a number and called. A young girl answered. She acted like she could understand me a bit so I explained. She then started to say no English. I think she knew what was happening but refused to help. We had to spend an hour and like 20 phone calls to find another hotel in luxembourg an hour more away. Just a terrible experience. Look elsewhere if you can.

Très déçu, accueil très minimaliste, problème de propreté fenêtres couvertes de moisissures Une seule prise disponible dans la chambre Il faut mendier un rouleau de papier WC .... La salle de bain est très exiguë, cependant la douche marche très bien bonne pression la cabine est très étroite Je ne recommande pas

L’hôtel est vieillot et aurait réellement besoin d’un peu de travaux. Le personnel est sympathique et essaye de faire ce qu’il peut mais ça ne suffit car il y a visiblement un manque de moyens et de formation. Le couchage est confortable mais la salle de bain est hors d’âge. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est un peu limité. Le prix de la nuit n’est pas très élevé mais ça ne vaut pas plus

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 5 nuits. La chambre familiale était propre et plutôt spacieuse. les petits-déjeuners parfaits avec tout ce qu'il faut pour petits et grands. Mention spéciale pour le personnel qui est à l'écoute et très souriant. Audrey et son équipe ont rendu notre séjour très agréable. Je recommande cet établissement en entrée de ville, très bien placé pour découvrir la ville et ses environs.

Propreté ZÉRO moutons sous les lits,toile de poussière au plafond, tâches plafond et mur, sanitaire douteux, literie pourtant bonne mais tachée, couloir et escalier très poussiéreux ! Les chambres n'ont rien à voir avec celle mises sur le site 🤬 WiFi inaccessible 🤬 petit déjeuner industriel médiocre malgré un beau buffet 🤬le seul point positif le personnel agréable 😉

Absolument immonde. Literie dégoûtante. Applique murale cassée. TV hors d'âge. Rideaux degeux. Pas de VMC dans la salle de bain je vous laisse immaginer l'odeur. Une honte je n ai jamais vu ça, cet "hôtel" est une honte et mériterait d'être rasé !
