Booked a Double King Bedroom. During our stay at Harmony Suites, we had a poor experience. We had booked a double king bedroom, but parking was inconvenient, and the parking garage was dark and unsupervised. From check-in to departure, we did not feel welcome. Our first room was next to the elevator, and there was no other room available. One of the beds creaked, and the mattress was crooked. After reporting this to the reception, we received a similar room that was not next to the elevator. During our stay, there was a lot of noise in the lobby that lasted until 2:30 AM. In a double king bedroom, one of the rooms with a bed is almost directly adjacent to the lobby, where a bar is open six days a week until 1:00 AM. At 05.30 AM starts life again in the lobby with vacuum cleaning and next, the breakfast. The staff was businesslike and not cordial, both at the reception and at breakfast. Additionally, there are signs and messages all over the place with fines, request etc, which do not appear very welcoming. The rooms were clean, but you had to put the trash bags in the bins yourself, and if you wants room service, you have to ask for it yourself. The shower curtain did not work well, causing the bathroom floor to get wet, and one of the beds was very hard. After one night, we checked out and moved to another hotel. The hotel has a rigid refund policy, so do not pay in advance!
