So nice hotel ! Located in great area

Booked a Double King Bedroom. During our stay at Harmony Suites, we had a poor experience. We had booked a double king bedroom, but parking was inconvenient, and the parking garage was dark and unsupervised. From check-in to departure, we did not feel welcome. Our first room was next to the elevator, and there was no other room available. One of the beds creaked, and the mattress was crooked. After reporting this to the reception, we received a similar room that was not next to the elevator. During our stay, there was a lot of noise in the lobby that lasted until 2:30 AM. In a double king bedroom, one of the rooms with a bed is almost directly adjacent to the lobby, where a bar is open six days a week until 1:00 AM. At 05.30 AM starts life again in the lobby with vacuum cleaning and next, the breakfast. The staff was businesslike and not cordial, both at the reception and at breakfast. Additionally, there are signs and messages all over the place with fines, request etc, which do not appear very welcoming. The rooms were clean, but you had to put the trash bags in the bins yourself, and if you wants room service, you have to ask for it yourself. The shower curtain did not work well, causing the bathroom floor to get wet, and one of the beds was very hard. After one night, we checked out and moved to another hotel. The hotel has a rigid refund policy, so do not pay in advance!

Just stayed for a 50th birthday celebration. Great experience from start to finish . Front desk was super friendly and accommodating.Rooms were spacious and immaculate. Massive free breakfast with real food ! Would absolutely stay again and thanks so much for a great stay!

I booked a two bedroom king suite at Harmony Suites, paying a premium rate. It clearly stated that it slept 4 and included free breakfast. When my wife a two teenagers arrived, I was informed that the room was for 2 and my two children would be charged for the stay plus an additional charge of $15 each for the “free” breakfast. This cost me $80 additional for the night, on top of the premium rate. This was nothing more than a money grab for a hotel and breakfast that was far from what was paid. So, Harmony Suites…enjoy the cash because it won’t happen again. Unsuspecting tourists may be more your speed.

Hello, My daughter and I stayed at your hotel from November 16th to November 20th, 2024. A deposit was charged when I paid for the hotel stay. This place was clean but is a bit dated. Super convenient for the convention center which is steps away. The heat/AC vent was crazy loud like a hand blower in a bathroom. It made it hard to sleep since our vent was close to the bed. By far, this was our biggest issue. Also, my partner and I both like to have our phones charging on the bedside night tables but couldn't since there was no ports or outlets on one side of the bed (there was a lamp but was a wall attached unit). Breakfast was OK. It was my first time seeing chicken nuggets as a breakfast option. Muffins were cold. Bagels seems pretty blah for being so close to the bagel capital of the world. On the plus side, the did do custom omelettes. I would not stay here again.
