Spacious 3Br/2Ba~Heated Pool, UV AC system with Optional Boat Parking **Simple tranquility~just minutes from the Ocean & Indian River** This home features a complete Master Suite, with private tub and shower. There are two additional Queen Bedrooms with Smart TVs and a shared Bathroom. The living quarters provide a large open Kitchen and living room with pool view. This split plan offers privacy for the master and the two additional bedrooms. The pool area features a propane grill, pool loungers, outdoor furniture and a table set to dine. Beach chairs are in the garage. Perfect multi-family/couples arrangement! Guests agree to the following prior to booking: -$50 per pet fee is required to be paid before check-in information is provided. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property. -No cats allowed due to health hazards to the owner. -Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws. -Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors. -Animals are not allowed on furniture and dropping must be cleaned from the yard. -1 house trained dog ok, no cats. Please inquire if dog is >20 lbs or you have more than 1. -Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans. -Quiet family neighborhood, no loud music/parties/large gatherings. -Excessive trash/missed pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence -No animals in pool, a fee of $75 will be charged if pet hair found in the filtration. Loss of use may result as well. -No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes. -Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or animals. -Guests are required to scrape the grill and empty the grease trap in the trash after every use. -Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly. -Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately. -Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee. -Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation. ~ Large Open Kitchen with Pool View ~ Master Suite has king bed with Smart TV, closets, and private bathroom. ~ Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, Smart TV, and closet. ~ Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, Smart TV, and closet. ~ Pool view breakfast nook and living room. ~ Cable and Wireless Internet (Wifi). ~ Garage to park 1 car. ~ Washer and dryer. ~ Caged pool with covered patio.
