Sheets had stain marks but it looked like it was washed before. The bathtub was not clean. Otherwise the staff were nice. Provided me water bottles when I asked where I can purchase some. The food from the connected shop was not bad. If I ever need to travel to Seattle again. This hotel would be considered.

Can’t sleep well for our 4 nights stay because the ambulance was so noisy every night and the car nose too! If you walk from the train station to hotel, you have to walk at least three blocks on every sharp uphills which I don’t like! The washroom was so small special in the toilet and shower tubs! The beds was too soft too! Just like the ever old hotels. Totally not refer to this hotel when its price is almost $300/night!!😜😜

Hotel was fine, cheap. Good location only thing i could say is the room was a bit cold Had my security deposit refunded within 2-3 days of checking out so no complaints

To be honest some other addition service that I experienced was not added on to the booking like parking fee and security bod which I felt off

I stayed 5 days and overall it was wonderful experience. Sadly, they had heater problem at that time (they gave me portable heater but it was not enough) and one day they didn't clean my room. But I would love to recommend this hotel due to the employees' service. They were super nice and kind. And the location is also perfect.

The location is pretty good, but there is no room cleaning service. Otherwise it’s pretty good.

I lived at Motif for 3 nights and Executive Pacific (EP) for 1 night, I EP is quite good: lift is secured needs ya tap card to go up while Motif everyone can go one. 2 free bottles of water, easy Wi-Fi access. Consider the pricing, EP is good. And it is clean.

Terrible…No bath water, old and smell. can’t change room, only one receptionist who can’t help anything… Hotel location is good…you can try if not you’re not very care well sleep😉

Perfectly fine hotel room, no real complaints, great location especially for the price
