Rules and Regulations Check-In / Check-Out Times. Check-in begins at 5:00 PM (CST). Check-out time is 10:00AM (CST). This is not a damage deposit. We only accept credit cards or electronic checks (eChecks) as payment. eCheck payments are only available if payment is made more than 10 business days prior to arrival. Rental rates posted online are subject to change, and no price difference will be given should there be a change in price for still available dates at the home. Payment of Rent. The balance of the total booking charges is due thirty (30) days prior to the Check-In date. For stays longer than 21 days the balance of the rental fee is due sixty (60) days prior to the Check-In date. We accept electronic checks for no additional fee and credit cards (Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover). Your payment method on file will be charged the week the final balance is due, and you will receive payment confirmation via email once it is processed. If you would like to pay your final balance with a different payment method, please contact the Property Manager for alternative payment arrangements. prior to the payment due date as listed previously in the Reservation Payment Cancellations and Changes Reservations may be cancelled or shortened by notifying the Property Manager in writing at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to your Check-In .
