Stay.Inn Comfort Art Hotel Schwaz

Stayed with 2 dogs. Modern, fresh and clean, good parking, shopping center around the corner, and most of all great staff. I have not been met with such levels of kindness at any hotel. ❤️ Also the city of Schwaz was a pleasure. Visited Innsbruck after and enjoyed much more the calm feeling with much less people in Schwaz.

Myself, husband and toddler daughter had a weekend stay here whilst visiting family in Tirol. Room was quite spacious and comfortable, good shower temperature and pressure and very very clean. Staff were also very nice and helpful. We arrived whilst the check-in desk was closed but the self check in system was pretty straightforward and simple so we did that and immediately got our key cards printed. Breakfast was adequate enough. There were not enough hot options for my liking, only scrambled eggs. The rest was breads, cold meats, fruit, yoghurt and cheese. Also, the only toiletries provided in the room was soap and shampoo, no body lotion. I usually rely on body lotion in hotels instead of packing mine so I had to use my child’s lotion during my stay since the room didn’t come with any. All in all it was a nice, comfortable and pleasant stay and I would stay here again if the situation calls for it.

Good: - friendly and helpful staff - good location - parking around the hotel Bad: - filthy pillow - bread at the breakfast was really hard - HVAC control panel was broken All in all an ok last minute solution at a reasonable price. Staff is above the hotels overall level.

Prima hotel, aardig personeel!

Nice place to stay, with one big caveat This is a very nice hotel with clean rooms and a good breakfast, and close to public transport. My only complaint is that the reception is not open before you can check in, which means when you arrive 2 hours early because of the train schedules, you have no place to put your luggage, unlike most hotels in the world. They have to change this.
