In the centre of Schwalenberg, on a slope, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area, 500 m from the edge of the forest. We booked two holiday apartments that were on top of each other. Both apartments were very spacious and clean. Everything was there that was needed. We can recommend the apartment.

The accommodation was okay, but not as advertised: Unfortunately, the large garden with barbecue area did not have a barbecue. After exploring the garden, my niece had huge thorns in her shoes. Furthermore, the advertisement said that a cot was available,

A great place to stay in an idyllic village. Good starting point for trips to the Lipper and Weserbergland. We will certainly go there again for a weekend/long weekend.
