Nice location and vey clean. Included breakfast. Air condition noise is only one problem.

Nice and location is good, and clean

Again, breakfast is not good enough choice. Location is good, service is good, but cleaning room service needs to be improved. Overall the service is good and staff is nice.

The staff was fabulous, food was really good, and the place was clean! A great location in Schaumburg! Close to everything!! The room was really nice… Only things were that the fridge was noisy at times and the shower occasionally made noises… The fridge didn’t wake us at all though, so we didn’t really mind… The pool was smaller than expected and closed for maintenance/cleaning on a Sunday morning, which I didn’t think was the best timing. Kids were bummed of course as we didn’t get to use them and it’s one of the reasons I picked this hotel… Overall, we would still choose to stay here again should we come back to Schaumburg area…
