Four Points by Sheraton Chicago Schaumburg

Very good choice it is the best hotel for my one month business trip. Other than other business style hotel, four point hotel offer really nice breakfast set ( not continental simple breakfast). And the location is convenient with free car parking. I had put it as first choice for my stay in Chicago.

衞生打掃非常馬虎，睡了幾天脖子上都是小紅點，懷疑枕頭是否常年不清潔，衹換枕套看不出來！打掃的人即使放了幾美金小費在床上，第二天也不給水不再續咖啡，房間硬件可以，畢竟價位便宜，但是衞生打掃屬於非常馬虎，以後再不住這個酒店了

淋浴花灑水壓不高，大概是為了節約水。空調風扇有點響。其他都還不錯。

This was an amazing hotel stay for a couple nights Our room was very comfortable and very clean. Everything worked perfectly Bed was super comfortable. Fitness center was 200% awesome! Enough machines plus, all machines worked! Service was super excellent. Our check in was fast and pleasant. BUT. Most of all we loved our breakfast. Fast and light. The gentleman working this was not only friendly but also extremely helpful. He may have been the only working but wow was he great. The food was absolutely delicious. So thankful for this gentleman All in all, great experience. Will stay again!!!

No complaints at all. Hotel was clean and comfortable (the room and the common areas) More importantly, the staff, specifically Abi, provided some of the best service I’ve experienced in years. Recommend this hotel to anybody and everybody.

Great stay - would definitely recommend and would stay here again. At the front desk (late arrival), we were met with professionalism, courtesy, and human kindness. Seriously, he made us very welcome, and made sure I understood that my concerns about potential chemical fragrance in my room had been noted and attended to. The room itself was wonderful. Very clean, very comfortable, updated, and this hotel kept its word: there was no chemical fragrance. We spent a very pleasant and comfortable night. Plenty of nice things to say about this hotel - thank you, members of the Four Points team that made our stay so enjoyable.

To start with this is an older property that formerly was a BestWester until recently. Some things are new and others are reused from the BW. When I booked there are deluxe and standard rooms with no explanation of the difference. I asked at check in and the only difference is that the deluxe rooms have a microwave. According to them it's left over from BW. In my room the floor had a realy bad give in it that you could feel flexing when walked across and even worse it would cause a bunch of furniture to shake and make noises. Even with all the lamps on the room was dark at nigt. Whover chose thoes bulbs has goon with a high Kelvin bulb producing a very blue light. The top of the mini fridge and one of the side tables were both dirty. Both provided towels were rough and thin. I booked the breakfast fir $1 rate. The next morning I tried to redeem it. But the resturante said I needed a card from the front desk. They acknowledged the rate at check in but did not give me anything. I asked the desk and they could not find any coupons. So she gave me one that the restaurant said it was for the grab and go cereal bar and pastry. 2nd trip to the fd still couldn't find the coupons so she said your platinum elite and gave me the breakfast welcome gift card.
