The Oberoi Vanyavilas Wildlife Resort, Ranthambhore

Best experience ever!

The most amazing experience, I cannot overstate my welcome and stay. I arrived very late due to traffic, and was met with a drink, and anything off the menu, and when I chose a cheese plate, a fruit plate came ***** with it. The naturalist Khusbu accompanied me on the Bengal tiger safari adding to the whole experience. I cannot recommend the Oberoi more highly.

Vanyavillas is one of the finest Vilas they have it in the Oberoi properties. They have the finest staff. Best GM. Best Chef , Mr Adarsh .Entire team for that matter. Each and every minute of your stay in this property is an experience. I don't know after the stay here , my next Vilas will be able to match therestandards.

Unmatched hospitality and guest services. The entire team at Vanyavilla was wonderful and great. They exceeded all our expectations. Ratna Malhotra madam herself is a gem of a person and in today's world it is hard to imagine about corporates caring so much for their guests but yes the Oberoi's do that.

A very very well run friendly caring incredible experience,lead by an equally high quality leader Ratna; who is a really wonderful ambassador reflecting so well the Values and Culture of Oberoi. The Team working together with Ratna were exceptional. Special thanks to Aditya Raj, who took care of us so well during our stay, and to the Naturalists who were very informative and prepared us very well for our Safaris. Thanks so much for such an inspiring, very special stay!

Everything is superlative. . It is meticulously run. Nothing is ever too much for the staff to do. I have stayed here a number of times and would do so for years to come . The food and the resort is probably the best in the the country. And you can’t fault anything

This is the most beautiful, pleasant, comfortable, and fantastic resort - and i have been in many of them. The team of people of this Oberoi working jointly to achieve the highest standard possible - in service, room, activities, and every domain possible. The food was extravagant. The menue is rich and diverse - excellent food for any taste. The place itself is soooooo beautiful, located conveniently not too far from important cities with airports. It is surrounded by the tiger reserve, rich with diverse plants and animals beside the tiger. Activities are relevant to wildlife, interesting and enjoyable, including nature talks and nature walks in the reserve itself and the park in general. There is also an observation tower with magnificent view, and star gazing activity. its amazing how the smallest details for making the experience unforgettable, and effective (such as putting a fantastic binocular in a drawer at the top of the tower and a torch) In addition, the spa experience is fantastic, and the tents are spacious, beautifully and elegantly designed and furnished, with many surprises i would not spoil here. the manager - is a unique lady, who cares personally for each guest, and continue to develop the resort and implement more ideas - is admired for her initiatives and warms!!!!!!!

I absolutely loved this hotel. It manages to combine feelings of intimacy, warmth and professionalism in a way that only great GM's and their teams can achieve. I'm late writing this review but Ratna Malhotra, the GM, leaves such an everlasting impression that her welcome feels like it was only yesterday. And she has a wonderful team - I sense carefully curated to ensure all staff deliver a message that guests are special. The tented rooms are wonderful and the whole place is evocative of a previous age but with great modern functionality. a luxury, but in many ways boutique style hotel, with fantastic Ranthambore on the doorstep. And yes, we did (eventually) see tiger. All of the Oberoi hotels we stayed on during this trip were fantastic - Delhi (food), Agra (Taj Mahal views), Udaipur (grandeur) - and all consistently achieve very high levels of service and accommodation standards. But the Oberoi Vanyavilas was the stand-out and I would recommend it as a special place to visit.
