Hotel Ranthambore Regency

Hi Mr Ravinder, I am a regular guest at your esteemed hotel and wanted to send out a note regarding my experience over the last 2 years and numerous trips and stays at the hotel. I just want to send a "BIG THANK YOU" for maintaining the level of customer centricity and customer experience at the heart of your entire setup. Every time I have visited and also some of the guests who have accompanied me over this time period and the experience has been phenomenal. Even though every time it's the same story , the last couple of experiences in June end and July start were exceptional where in July even though it was off season, we felt the staff took extraordinary care and we did not feel even an iota of drop in services. In this visit and for every visit even though the entire staff is highly focussed on care for customers but want to call out few names who have been exceptional- Mr Manraj and Mr Harsh on front office, Mr Sanjay and Puran in Restaurant and last but one of the most focussed - Mr Errol Joseph. Thank you once again for maintaining such high standards of service and customer orientation which makes th hotel stand distinct in entire Ranthambore. Pls keep up the great work and wishing more success to you and your team

I had a very good deep tissue massage at the massage spa Dhyana.of Ranthambore Regency resort. The masseur Ms Jenny was excellent and I felt very relaxed and refreshed after the massage I will strongly recommend that people staying at Dhyana should use this place for a good massage which will let their bodies unwind

As an retired hotelier I can recognise friendly staff and good service couple with a nice range of restaurant food (although the dessert choice was very limited) …. but seriously guys …. you have to sort out your hot water plumbing!! I understand that it was only available for a few hours each morning and in the evening … but when it is meant to be there taking a shower risks being scalded or “iced” as it was impossible to control the temperature or availabilty. This happened with all members of our group and even the attention of an hotel engineer brought no success!! We stayed two nights with the same issues and I would not willingly choose to stay here again. Everyone needs to clear the dust and dirt after a Safari Devyani on Reception was a champion for the hotel … bless her!! …. and the manager on duty at departure has a great line in “Oh Really?!” with a look of surprise when he is told repeatedly how there was No Hot Water 😂

A relaxing stay after a hectic few days. Lovely bar, restaurant and pool area. The staff are super friendly and helpful especially Pramod, Lilith, Puran and our bread *** Bhanu. I didn't get the pool bar staff name but they were equally excellent 👌

A nice place to stay if a little quirky! A few issues with hot water for the shower but otherwise great. The staff are lovely, courteous and obliging, very friendly and eager to please at all times. A nice pool and courtyard area with a bar and a great spa with two therapists who are both very good, and reasonable prices in there too. Waiting staff in the restaurant are excellent and will do anything to accommodate your meal request:wishes.

My third stay and excellence each time!Friendly attentive staff, great location. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Variety of food and willingness to cook an alternative dish. Nice garden to sit and relax. Great location to Ranthanbore park. Highly recommend
