Juna Mahal Jungle Resort Ranthambore

We stayed in this beautiful hotel for 2 nights in a deluxe room which was large and had the biggest and most comfortable bed in our 14 day trip to India .The pool was gorgeous with sun loungers and comfy chairs perfect to relax in the afternoon after a morning safari .Breakfast and dinner had a lot of choice and worth booking as no other clean restaurant in the area.In the evening they had a traditional band that plays to guests before dinner and encourage guests to copy the dances ( good fun). All staff were genuinely friendly, in particular Mr Mahendra Singh was such a lovely *** who suggested I try some Indian dishes such as tender lamb at dinnner , and a baloon shape bread with chicken pea dip at breakfast.We enjoyed the hotel and our tiger safaris ( zone 3 we saw tiger, zone 6 we didn’t see tiger but saw owls , various deer, kingfisher, langur monkeys).A brilliant stay would recommend.( only one issue : the shower was temperamental got hot so I had to have a like warm shower)

Excellent and Good services provided by resort and specially by Mr Waseem . Cooperative staff and lovely ambience loved the place,food and enjoyed a lot with family.Best resort in ranthambore visited with my family on anniversary occasion.

Perfect stay beautiful place and a lovely ambiance perfect to go . So I suggest to see this property for sure . Food and chefs are also very good . We didn’t face any issue in our stay . And if u had any issue u can contact Mr. Mahohar ji he is a gentleman .

Had a very pleasant stay. Amazing food. Excellent staff and service.Enjoyed a lot..Star gazing activity was real fun at the property.Folk dance performance was too good.It was a very thrilling experience. U would definitely like to visit again

Having paid £450 per night , rather expected more than a new build on farm land surrounded by construction sites. room was very nice(only because we complained about being given a room right next to a construction site) but no privacy, and noisy as right next to the entertainment area. restaurant no more than a cafeteria , no fine dining here, although the restaurant manager was very sweet, but staff very little training. Would have had fewer gripes at £150 per night , but total rip off.

The hotel is beautiful. Well presented, clean and of a high standard. Although the construction is not yet complete, that was not really noticeable and when we experienced some noise we were very quickly moved to an alternative room. The staff were very helpful and efficient with everything we needed. All of them were excellent. The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable with everything we needed. We were ok with the food although I feel I should give a warning to future visitors. We felt that there was a miss-match with the food and although the price was low, the quality matched the price, not the standard of the hotel. I think that a buffet is fairly normal amongst the hotels close to the safari park and there was some a la carte options but it all left wanting. To illustrate this miss-match the cost of dinner for two (buffet or a la carte) was around 4-6% of the room cost per night - or the equivalent of 1.8 bottles of Kingfisher ultra. The room, although expensive for India, was excellent value for money. I hope that they can develop a restaurant offer that is more in keeping with the rest of the hotel. Other than the food, I only had one other complaint and that was , despite prepaying for the rooms, we were chased by 2 phone calls to the room to come to reception and pay for our drinks and some food items before we had completed our stay (on day 2 of 3). It was not a big deal but the inference was that we might leave without paying which we found a little insulting. In general we were very happy with the stay and would recommend..
