The property is centrally located between the villages of Woodstock, Saugerties and Kingston, allowing you to explore all three towns with ease. Enter into the large open great room with soaring vaulted ceilings and accented by natural wood beams, large skylights and a wood burning stove. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and the home has every comfort, including brand new comfortable and stylish furnishing, air conditioning and 2 large screen TVs. Off of the main room, there is a cozy sunny den with a pullout sofa and the second TV. In addition, a large three seasons screened porch with views of the woods behind the home is the perfect place to relax and eat in the warmer weather. The home has three beautifully decorated bedrooms with new extremely comfortable beds. The master bedroom is large and has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third a full size bed. On the side lawn, there is a brand new in-ground heated salt system swimming pool (open Memorial Day till mid September) and beautiful blue stone patio with lounge chairs and table and chairs. Off of the back porch is a deck which leads to a brand new bluestone patio (second patio) with a gas grill, outdoor table and chairs, and comfortable Adirondack chairs. The back lawn is a large open space with plenty of room to run and play or lie on the hammock and relax. Great care has been taken to ensure a wonderful escape to relax and enjoy with friends and family. The home has reliable high speed internet and good cell service.
