All the experience was wonderful, beautiful hotel, great food, a lot off activities to do, comfortable suites, and excellent customer service. If you’re looking for a place to relax and take awesome pictures, this is the one. Will definitely coming back!

Very calm and cute hotel. Nice environment and can enjoy yourself. Nice extra romantic dinner that can be booked and the staff of the hotel are very friendly. We highly recommended for couples and families.

A very pleasant experience with excellent service. The food was priced reasonably for a hotel and absolutely delicious. Even though the wifi signal was weak and not reliable in room 312. furthermore the TVs netflix was not functional and was not taken care of by IT after informing about the problem.

Rooms are so tidy and the bed is big. I enjoyed everything but some things were a bit overpriced and there are some electricity shortages. Quite a nice experience to relax and enjoy the view of sauce laguna azul

The Hotel is beautiful, clean, and the best is the all people working there, I went to celebrate my mother’s birthday, she’s in wheelchair and she was available to go in the boat, because they helped.. Erika from the restaurant and Elmer from de special diner make inolvidable our stay. The masajes are very knowledgeable about Terapy Massaje, don’t miss that. And all Recepcion workers are very good trying to solve the problems and make you stay enjoyable. Five stars for them 3 starts for the manager or owner the hotel, because with the stay will de included an hour of sauna and paddle, like another hotel’s around the world offers, just we can use the pool , gym and the room for games while the offer different packages for a full day to enjoy a hotel they include different activities. In that case I will recommend take the full day package and enjoy the wonderful attendance of the workers and more activities for less price.

The resort is located 2 hours south east from Tarapoto, by car, then cross the Huallaga river to drive up the mountain to reach the lake that is 700 mts. a.s.l. approximately. The resort is great and is located close to Sauce town and the main port in the lake. The scenery is amazing! The infrastructure is well maintain, and it could be compare to a resort in the Caribbean. We use one of the two villas, that have a small private pool, jacuzzi and view to the lake. It is a very comfortable and have more private location. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The resort offers different activity packs in the resort and tours outside. We enjoyed and loved the Relax Pack, that included a private hot/cold relax therapy: hot saunas, jacuzzi, cold shower, and cold swimming pool. We ended with a great massage. The boat trip in the lagoon surrounded by nature was also breathtaking. The guide explained the legend, stories and info related to the lagoon. We also, enjoyed the water activities like kayak, jet ski, donut boat ride. It was so much fun and the staff ( Hudson) was very friendly. He offered and showed us all the other activities they have like paddle board, banana boat ride, etc. There are pools for kids and adults, and I also saw a playground. There is a gym and game room ( billiard, ping pong, foosball table, etc.) The food was very delicious, most of the plates have the local ingredients or offer a fusion like taco Saucino. They also offered the delicious dishes of the region. We loved all the dishes that we ordered in our three days in the resort. Don’t miss the desserts that are also tasteful. If you love chocolate, Textura Amador is a dessert to die for. The service in the restaurant is also great. If you need to go to other places by town you can ask for a motocar in the reception. It was a relaxing, fun and enjoyable weekend in this great resort. Highly recommended.
