the price is too high compared to the same hotel. there are three of them. and this one is the most unprofitable. booking only with breakfast, the price increases by 30%. Naturally, the difference is not refunded. no cancellation of reservations unlike Mangrove hotel. I took a couple of days because there were no consecutive days available in Mangrove. In general, this hotel costs two days, as does the neighboring one for three days. if for 10 days, then it’s already 6000 rub, 2000 bath. They charge above for an identical service. and there is no coffee or creamer in the room. Have is cafe by the pool

The room is clean, the hotel is a bit remote from the beach or the main road which is nice for a quiet sleep.

Clean, stylish with amazing feel of relax (mostly because you aren’t disturb with the hotel workers). The state of my room was great. Yes, you should walk a bit to reach the beach (up to 7 min), but is it that much? What else I really like - total clean from pool to room. And a balcony with a table and two wooden chairs. Perfect for its price

很好滿意，乾淨，整潔，東西齊全，前台服務態度好，樓下泳池乾淨，水温也合適，離海灘很近，走不到500米就是海邊，附近就是7-11，還有小吃街，很方便，去市區大概12公里左右，打車二十多分鐘，整體很滿意，我媽也很滿意

Переночевали 1 ночь. Обычный 3* отель . Очень доступный по цене. Завтрак скудный, но он есть и это главное)))на большее количество дней не стала бы бронировать. Но , если нужно дешево и сердито , вам сюда)есть бассейн.

非常不推薦旅客前往 首先説説他們的優點：有一個非常時尚漂亮的泳池 也是我認為唯一的優點 我很少會給負面評價，但是這間飯店的服務態度與衛生真的太糟糕 首先我們入住房間時，因為非常悶熱所以馬上開了空調
並且將風量開到最大，溫度調到16度，但是過了20分鐘仍然非常熱 我們在飯店房間內居然瘋狂爆汗 我檢查風口發現風溫溫的，於是我打電話給櫃台詢問是否能換房間 結果櫃檯人員用英文說了一句：等等～ 並且似乎跟旁邊人員說話，就直接掛掉電話 不知所措的我又重新撥打電話，詢問對方為什麼直接掛掉電話 擔心是否是因為語言問題他沒有聽懂我的需求，於是我用英文問他：“請問你是否會說英文？“ 結果對方直接用英文回答我：No! 就又掛掉電話了！當下我非常傻眼，旅行這麼多次，第一次遇到這種服務態度 我非常確信對方是會英文的，因為我報到時也是用英文溝通 對方還用英文跟我講解 不久後櫃檯人員拿了一把鑰匙過來 讓我們換到另外一間，跟我說冷氣必須等30分鐘才會運作 結果這間房間更恐怖 不僅陽台滿滿的鳥屎，看起來就是許久沒有清理 而且空調一樣不涼 考慮到衛生問題，覺得既然空調問題都一樣 不如回到原本的房間，至少景色還好一些 當天晚上打開被子的時候，居然發現了床上好多頭髮 這明顯是沒有換床單，非常噁心 再來是早餐部分更經典了 我們用餐到一半發現一隻美洲大蟑螂 服務生用抹布去抓，然後抹布也沒有清洗 直接擦桌子！差點要吐了，完全沒有食慾 我覺得這間飯店非常可惜 空有漂亮的外表，但是內部缺乏管理與基本服務素養
