Was given Room 2001. Balcony is facing the walkway, and mountain view is blocked if sat in theroom. .request to change the room, but not granted due to some reason. I could have booked a lower range options but rather a Balcony room wirh mountain view that I can not enjoy to sit there...

Tasteless food and Poor Service

We had a fantastic stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Mahabaleshwar! The rooms were excellent, offering breathtaking views, and the service was impeccable. A special shoutout to Deepak Kaushik, Siddhart, and Siddhant—we fondly remember their warm hospitality from our last visit, and they once again made our stay memorable. A big thank you to Mr. Siddharth Chitnis for his exceptional operational support and to Mr. Gaurav Paleja for assisting us seamlessly with the booking process. I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Mahabaleshwar and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. Nestled amidst lush greenery with breathtaking views of the valley, this property offers the perfect blend of luxury and nature. Check-in & Hospitality: The check-in was smooth and welcoming. The staff were warm, courteous, and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Special thanks to the front desk team for their personalised service! Rooms: The rooms are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed with large windows offering stunning views of the hills and strawberry farms. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had all the amenities you’d expect from a premium Marriott property. Dining: We tried both the breakfast buffet and dinner at their all-day dining restaurant. The variety was impressive, with plenty of local delicacies as well as international options. Don’t miss their fresh strawberry desserts – they’re a must-try! The chefs were accommodating to special dietary needs as well. Facilities: The infinity pool overlooking the valley was a highlight. Perfect spot for a morning dip or to unwind at sunset. The spa services were also excellent – very relaxing after a day of sightseeing. There’s also a kids' play area, which makes it family-friendly. Location: The hotel is ideally located, a short drive from the main Mahabaleshwar market and key attractions like Arthur’s Seat and Mapro Garden. Yet, it’s secluded enough to offer peace and tranquillity. Overall: Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar exceeded our expectations. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, a family vacation, or a romantic getaway, this place ticks all the boxes. We left feeling rejuvenated and are already planning our next visit!

The breakfast was not fresh the breads were dried up the poha was stale and tasteless sabudana wada was half fried and the pan cake was too hard too chew in short the food quality needs to be improved please look into it. The service was excellent by madhumita.

Our stay at Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar was absolutely delightful, surrounded by the serene beauty of the Western Ghats. The Garden View room was perfect, offering breathtaking vistas where we could lounge for hours, unwinding in pure tranquility. From the start, Ashwini Shinde at reception ensured our check-in was smooth and helped us secure a room with an incredible view, making our stay truly special. The culinary experience was another highlight. Siddhant, Madhumita, and Akriti went above and beyond with their impeccable suggestions for both dinner and breakfast, ensuring each meal was memorable. Chef Sushant stole the show with his mouthwatering food which was simply outstanding. Do try out his Mutton Kala & Tawa Fish, which is just superb. Our housekeeping needs were promptly addressed by Rajkumar, who kept our room spotless, and Tushar at the Quarter Deck Sunset Lounge added to the friendly atmosphere with his helpful service. Overall, the combination of scenic surroundings, excellent accommodations, and attentive staff made our visit a truly rejuvenating experience.
