Courtyard Mahabaleshwar

Was given Room 2001. Balcony is facing the walkway, and mountain view is blocked if sat in theroom. .request to change the room, but not granted due to some reason. I could have booked a lower range options but rather a Balcony room wirh mountain view that I can not enjoy to sit there...

Tasteless food and Poor Service

The breakfast was awesome and the staff was very helpful, especially Smriti. Very warm and special gesture. Prompt response at all times. Loved the overall experience. Room was impeccable and the housekeeping was very cooperative. Really enjoyed the stay

It was a pleasant stay with Courtyard Marriott. Very amicable service at reception and special thanks to Mr Abhishek and his team mates at restaurant. They make very easy to is and really enjoyed the stay. We wish to visit again here. In short simply superb !!!!

Superb views good property and fantastic service. The villa property is amazing views from the deck of your private pool. You can enjoy the open air club with fabulous music.The break fast menu is satisfactory and up to the mark there special preparation was fantastic

We had stayed in the property for good 3 days. The property is located in the heart of this beautiful hill station, the hotel offers an ideal mix of luxury, comfort, and scenic beauty. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s genuine hospitality made us feel welcomed and cared for. Kudos to Mr. Imran Khan & Mr. Deepak Kaushik for making sure that our stay was goods, Even they had arranged our Strawberry plucking session in an organic farm. Its was a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious, tastefully designed, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. Dining at the hotel was a delightful experience. The buffet spread was expansive, offering both local and international cuisine, and the food quality was exceptional. Chef Vinay & Chef Santosh had taken good care of us & even prepared special Mutton curry for us. It was delicious. Only drawback that you need to wait for your table (at least 20 mins),since hotel was full. This needs to be taken care while going for breakfast or dinner. The highlight of our stay was the peaceful and serene atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind, enjoy nature, and spend quality time with loved ones. A special mention to the staff, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended!!!
