Hotel stay was nice, food taste was good, service was good but hotel was not having tea thermos for serving tea

Property is average to good (3) and suitable for overnight stay only. Food is average as well. I found pricing expensive by inr 500 for the services they were offering but overall not a bad experience.

The location is good. However rooms are not maintained properly. Mattress was substandard, the bedsheet had holes in it, shower was not working properly and partition in washroom was broken. Overall not worth the money.

Property is just 2 star even if they claim 4 star with zero amenities. Wifi was not working, water was leaking from toilet faucet making entire washroom wet for whole stay. Do not expect much from this stay as property is located at top of shopping complex and very compact rooms in the name of executive deluxe.

Hotel was good. Even good was very good. However, hoy water was not available during our stay. Hoy water bucket was provided when asked. Tea coffee machine also not there.

Everything is old. Bed springs are noisy, jet spray doesn’t work, chair broke while having dinner and found ants in room

Good hotel for stay , very good facilities avilable in the hotel, staff is also cooperative. Location is very good, between pune kolhapur highway , restaurant, room service all these services is good .
