Raffaello Residence

After many visits to Sassoferrato over many years, we stayed here for the first time a few weeks ago. Relatives who live in Sassoferrato made arrangements for us, so we were greeted warmly upon our arrival on a Saturday afternoon. We stayed in one of the apartments, on the third floor. The lack of an elevator is a bit of an inconvenience but the proprietor, Rinaldo, helped us with our bags. The apartment was quite spacious and fully furnished (including a washer and dishwasher) and, of course, had a kitchen with a full-sized fridge. This was important to us as we were going to stay a few days and would be buying some groceries. The residence is well situated. I would certainly recommend a car for exploring Le Marche and adjacent Umbria (we easily day-tripped to Assisi) and convenient, safe street parking was available literally at our doorstep. Still we could walk to the center of Sassoferrato. The inclusive, Italian [cold] breakfast was adequate. Maura, Rinaldo’s wife, served us and was very attentive to our needs and friendly. Between our elementary Italian and her English (her son lives in the US) we were able to communicate just fine. And Rinaldo spoke English as well. The challenge we had, being it was November, was that the weather was just on the cusp of Fall - warm days but cold nights. And so heat was not turned on yet. We couldn’t figure it out how to turn it on and slept a bit uncomfortably in our clothes for the first two nights. We called Rinaldo the next day and he was about an hour away but came immediately with a technician to fix it and all was well. Overall, we had a great experience at the Raffaello, thanks especially to the hospitality of Rinaldo and Maura.

My family and I (2 kids) stayed at this location in June 2022. The town is a beautiful little town in Le Marche Italy. The residence we stayed in was very large, top floor and it had a full kitchen. This is an excellent location to visit Le Marche and also not far from Assisi, Umbria. It is on a very quiet street. It also has 2 AC units which is a rarity in many places in Italy. In addition, we did not neeed the AC as the weather was beautiful as there is lots of greenery around. About an hour drive from Senigalia (the beach area too). Would come here again for sure.

Soggiorno perfetto! ogni camera ha una sua personalità! ho avuto modo di vederne due ed entrambe, seppur differenti, molto belle ed arredate con cura. difficilmente ho trovato materassi king size così comodi. la colazione, che abbiamo avuto modo di gustare, era di ottima qualità. torneremo sicuramente!

Residence tenuto benissimo. Le scale all'interno, pietra mista a ferro, ricordano una peculiarità storica della città. Camere ampie, ben curate e pulitissime a cui si unisce la cordialità dei proprietari, sempre attenti e disponibili verso gli ospiti. Colazione abbondante, Signora Giuseppina eccezionale per simpatia e garbo. Quinto e Elena.

La zona è bellissima, fuori dalla follia delle inflazionate città d'arte, campagne, boschi e monti tutti da scoprire. Il residence è una bella dimora d'epoca, in zona tranquilla e vicina al bel cento storico e alla rocca. Stanze ampissime, con tutto il necessario e arredate con gusto. Mi è stata assegnata una stanza di livello superiore, davvero enorme con letto super king size da 2 mt e una vista mozzafiato dalla finestra.

Abbiamo avuto l'occasione di pernottare presso la struttura Raffaello Residence ben due volte, nel mese di aprile 2024 e nel mese di settembre 2024. Entrambe le volte abbiamo trovato il servizio ottimo, a partire dalla gentilezza e cortesia del Signor Rinaldo, alla qualità alta delle camere, caratterizzate da arredamento curato e elegante, alla pulizia e al rapporto qualità prezzo. Sicuramente ritorneremo! Servizio e struttura ottimi.
