I was at the Hotel Saratoga for the last weekend of racing, Labor Day weekend. The hotel is fantastic and what really makes it great is the staff....they are Joe, Deonna and Lily who take care of you. The breakfast is outstanding and sitting poolside while looking at the races of the day before heading to the track makes it a relaxing experience. To top it all off they have a shuttle to and from the track which starts your day right and ends it with comfort. Needless to say I will be returning to the Hotel Saratoga next year.

Great location. Close to downtown and the ******. Wonderful staff! Very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s nice to have a fridge and microwave. The breakfast is great. The BBQ place across the street is outstanding! I would recommend this hotel.

I can't say enough good things about the hotel... Beds were so comfortable..so many pillows it was great .. breakfast was good... But the Staff are the Best I have ever dealt with .. Autumn was fantastic...and Lilly was sooo helpful when we couldn't get to the shuttle bus ... Just an all around Great Hotel. Nice and quiet in the halls... Everyone was like family... Great experience and I highly recommend this Hotel.

2 1/2 star rating not high enough. Liked everything about this hotel. Front desk staff were overly friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Enough towels. Bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast adequate. Good location. Highly recommend.

This hotel is excellent in every way. To name a few high points: Hotel is well managed with every detail attended to Well trained staff including the hotel manager and front desk person (Amber), doorman, maintenance man, bartender and dining room staff eager to assist the guest in any way. Impressive decor in public spaces and rooms. Room large and spotless. I would return here on any future trips in a New York minute.

Clean room and hotel. The most friendliest and most helpful staff on the planet! Can’t ask for better! Is my number one choice when staying in the Saratoga area!

The coffee machine was broken in the breakfast room, and the staff didn't have the sense to take two of the coffee makers out of the rooms (one for regular and one for decaf.) I went back to our room and ours was broken as well! We had a fairly long drive ahead of us on back roads and didn't find any coffee for a long time.

Beautiful hotel, great staff, perfect location, and very comfortable and clean rooms! We were pleasantly surprised by the stay and could see that a lot of work is being put into this property. Will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area again!
