In the Burns Square Historic District, this boutique hotel in a 1950's Sarasota School of Architecture building with lots of original details and decorated beautifully for all the comforts you would need to for a home away from home. Kitchen with convection/microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, dishes, utensils, Bedroom has a Fill Sized bed with large closets, the living room has a full sized fold out sofa, tv/wifi/cable, desk, table for two, shower in small original bathroom, and private entrance foyer. Lots of natural light.
Located in a safe historic area in the south side of downtown Sarasota, nestled between high-end residential Palm Avenue, Hudson Bayou and Laurel Park with lots of spas, theaters, parks, shopping, dining in a great area to walk about. Lovely little apartment in great location.
Apartment was exactly as pictured. Perfect size for my husband and I. The host was very quick to answer questions. Check in was easy. This apartment is in a great location walkable to downtown restaurants and shops.
