Perfect location to enjoy all that Sarasota has to offer. A mile to downtown. About a mile to The Ringling Museum. Less than a mile to the Performing Arts Center. Just over the bridge to St. Armands and Lido Beach. A few more miles to the beautiful Siesta Key Beach. 5 minutes to Sarasota Airport. Clean & quiet retreat
The house is nicely furnished and very clean.The neighborhood is quiet with close proximity to the main highway and within 10 minutes to the airport. We enjoyed walking the nearby trail and many attractions and restaurants within a short drive.

Spring training
We drove down from Philadelphia with a stop over in Savannah. We soaked up the sun for 3 full days, visited the newly open American legion post 273 in Madeira went to a couple of baseball games. Karen was amazing. There place is very sheik, clean, great chefs kitchen, outside areas in front and back were perfect for after dinner. Spacious bathrooms with huge walk in showers. Location is very close to downtown Sarasota. Thank you for such a beautiful place and great location. We had a great time!

Perfect
Beautiful neighborhood. Loved my morning walk. House was well equipped and so so clean. Owners were available easily but didn’t need the because everything was perfect

RestfulStay in Sarasota
What a gem! This home is so cozy and comfortable. It was just perfect for our multi-generational trip with our two boys (pre-teen and teen) and grandma! It was a great location easily accessible to Siesta Key Beach, Lido Beach, St. Armand’s Circle and other local attractions!

Lovely home in a great location
We stay in the wonderful Indian Beach neighborhood every year. This home was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. We also met some very friendly neighbors — a plus!

Sarasota winter vacation
Excellent rental on a quiet residential street near everything. Super well stocked with every amenity - comfortable beds with nice linens and towels; well designed layout with remodeled kitchen and baths and all new appliances. We cooked most of our meals in and enjoyed playing board games and watching football on the new smart tv. We definitely recommend this rental and location. There was even space for our trailered sailboat. The free public boat ramp was just a mile away.
