Great clean room, great rate, great location & icing on the cake was the FREE hot breakfast. My Family enjoyed the out door pool while I got some work done in the business center and also got a little workout done in the fitness center while my wife used the guest washer and dryer. They have everything!!

I used to be very happy with this hotel. But on my last visit I asked the front desk to remove the charge for the safe, which I would not use. The clerk removed the charge, but the manager added the charge back to my bill the next day. I called and asked them to remove it for accounting purposes, but never heard back from them.

I'm writing this review because my mother recently stayed at this Quality Inn and I wanted to share this story that warmed my heart. After a stressful few days my mom arrived at the hotel where she was safe and comfortable. She was able to rest and relax. The staff was friendly and helpful; but what really made an impression on me was when she told me that the morning of her departure the gentleman working the desk noticed that she was up and waiting in the lobby. Now it was super early and this guy showed her attention and concern. He got her a cup of coffee and made her feel at ease while she waited. See, my mom didn't have a vehicle. She was up that early waiting for a ride to the airport. The gentleman was even willing to call a ride for her. Eventually mom's ride did get there and she caught her flight. I'm personally thankful for the attendant at the hotel for keeping an eye on her. That type of service is what it's all about!

This Quality Inn has friendly staff, management, and ownership. It is located just off I-65 and has plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores close by. The hotel has a small workout room/gym as well as an office/business center, pool, elevator, working ice machine, snack and soft drink options. The pool water was cool but not cold and very enjoyable. The halls are open and clean. Wheel chair access is in abundance here. The room. I stayed in 112. See attached photos of room and hotel. The AC was ice cold. They also had the AC going all day so it was not hot in the room when I arrived. The water was super hot and the room ease clean. It also had a small fridge with freezer and a microwave. This hotel does offer a hot breakfast everyday. The options vary by day but they offer gravy, eggs, biscuits, sausage as well as the norms of juices, coffee, bread, bagel, muffins, yogurt, waffles. I am sure I am missing something. Lot's of variety. I recommend this hotel. See attached photos.
