Conveniently located about 50m away from Susukino station exit 4, and easily can walk to Odori Park and Sapporo station via a long and wide“Sapporo Ekimae-dori underground walkway” and skip taking the train. Takes about 20min from Susukino to Sapporo station. I love that walkway, it was sheltered, not stuffy, along the way there are many restrooms, exits to stations/ malls/ bus stops, food, seats etc along the way. And didn’t even rub shoulders cos it is a huge place and not overly cluttered like Tokyo and Osaka. Airport limo bus is about 200m away, no reservation is needed.

You get 2 beds for a triple room if you book for 2 pax. Don’t expect the third bed. Was disappointed to not have an extra bed. My second time staying at this hotel but some things has changed in the past 2 years. Everything else was great. Location was great. View was great from 12 floor too. You can see the ferris wheel.

Great location where you can shopping and find restaurants easily. The room is clean and big enough for two luggages.

This hotel is a little old and the smoking room is not recommended as after we checked out all the clothes smell of smoke! But the one thing i like is every level has a laundry room! And if you book day trips from klook or kkday the pick up point is usually from this hotel!

We had a great stay at Sapporo Tokyu Rei Hotel. Many restaurants and cafes open until very late. It takes around 25 mins walk to Stellar Place through the underground. The breakfast was good too.

Really nice place and center

The hotel location is good, clean and convenient. They have laundry service which is very convenient for the hotel guests. The hotel provide various types of tea in the lobby where you can get free of charge. It's recommended.

The location is excellent, with a nearby subway station and plenty of shopping areas. One of the great advantages of this hotel is that it’s a pick-up point for the bus from Sapporo to Kiroro. It’s super convenient if you’re planning a trip to Kiroro—just purchase a bus ticket for 2200 yen one way. However, the downside is that we couldn't request an early check-in. After taking a transit flight and spending the night at Tokyo Terminal 2 Airport without sleep, we were unable to check in earlier.

Not to my expectation. Goof place for a night sleep only, very busy hotel and lots of organized group tourists. Not really like it, so crowded in the lobby.

Love this hotel so much! Locate right in the middle of the city! Susukino is the most busiest street in Sapporo! Eateries, pub and entertainment facilities all around the hotel!!!!!

good location, good breakfast, but front desk man who register for me not friendly (only him, others may be good)

Location is perfect!The train and street is just a few meters.Bus to Airport is a block away.Resto/Cafe @lobby side. Its in the center of Susukino.
