I rebook Daiwa after my short trip to Otaru mainly because my previous stay is fantastic. Room fixtures are still very new and clean. The bath and shower are separated and is huge compared to most Japanese hotel. It is close to metro station. I have to say that staff are awesome and with very positive attitude and willingness to solve any issues. What I also like most is that they have a status update on the public bath and restaurant so that I don’t go in those times when the place is super crowded. Will definitely stay here again. Genuinely Thank you all staff in DRH who make my stay so enjoyable.

This hotel is great! Nakajimakoen Park is just a 5-minute walk away, and the area is quieter than the main city centre in Sapporo. The train station is about a 7-10 minute walk from the hotel. The room was clean and quite spacious compared to other hotels in the same category. The amenities provided were sufficient, and I appreciated the "take what you need" concept available in the hotel lobby. Customer service was excellent. Good selection of breakfast options. Overall, it's a good hotel with an affordable price tag. We would stay here again if we were in the area.

nearby hotel there is a 24 hours convenience store Seicomart, very nice, can buy good anytime, only drawback is car park always full in early evening and need to find parking on your own.

Me and my family was very happy to stay here. The location is good and near shopping district, the staff is polite and kind. The hotel and room is great. Will be back next time for sure.

The room was decently sized, and clean. We arrived after midnight due to flight delays and encountered issues checking in via the machines, so was a little frustrating as there doesn't seem to be an override available that the front desk could utilise to bypass the machines.

It is close to Nakajima Koen Station which only takes 5 mins to walk. The hotel is clean with spotless toilet and bath tub.

Very spacious room. Pretty new & clean, except for the hair dryer. If you want to park at the hotel, need to arrive early, then you may reserve it for the rest of your stay. A bit far from the shopping area, about 20 minutes walk.
