At first glance, I thought that this hotel was absolutely fantastic for the price - however the light dimmers were broken and the king bed was very hard Not bad for the price, as the hotel is new and the service is good, but beware that the sleeping experience could be improved

THE ROOM IS SO DUSTY. I really suffered bad from sore eyes and sneezing all night. The room is not very small but still there was no space to open my luggage, because the hall way is very narrow, making guests hard to walk in and outside the room.

Very good hotel to stay with. The rooms are spacious and clean the location is superb would definitely book again with them on our return.

Their hotel mentioned in their hotel booking site that car parking is available with additional charge but they should instead mention car parking is limited and it’s only first come first serve basis. It’s really a hassle to find a hotel with available car parking space in the city area. In the outskirts, like Furano and closer to the airport offers free parking and with availability of car parking space in the hotel.

Good location for traveling and shopping. And good location for airport limousine bus stop.

Very good I think and 3 pax so I think is ok because is for family also

Hotel is beautiful and near the shopping areas, restaurants and parks.

The room type we booked is a bit small with narrow entrance. Extra large bed that’s comfy. Conveniently located near our favourite soup curry restaurant (Treasure), Tanukikoji, Donki, Sapporo Drug store etc… easily accessible to Odori Park, Sapporo Station & Susukino. Lounge offers free hot drinks (coffee & tea) until 12am, great place to unwind together with friends & family during winter.

Great location, however room for 3 ppl is really small, bathroom is smelly

Overall, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended for friends traveling to Sapporo.
