This is one of the best hotel I have live in Japan! First of all the room size is very good for my big luggage, I can put two 28inch luggage with opening in the room. Second, the toilet impressed me a lot, the design of the toilet is very convenient and comfortable, the main point is very clean. Thirdly, although it is self service check in counter, but the staff was very helpful every time when I approach them. Last but not least, I like the Onsen in the hotel, the 3/F also have a rest corner with drink and laundry machine. I will be back next time, this is a very good experience for me, thank you so much for its hospitality!!

Good hotel and have onsen

I stayed here for 10 nights in low season (May) just interrupted by going somewhere else when the price shot up on the Friday and Saturday nights and at the price I paid this was the best value I’ve enjoyed in in the few months I’ve spent in Japan (having visited all four main islands). Microwave and fridge (with ice cube tray and chilled glasses in it) in the room, bathroom gleaming, onsen includes sauna, water cooler outside onsen. Livemax does need to move all the furniture around every few months and properly dust, plus you can see scuff marks if looking for them, but I thought this place was great other than not having a real window.

Had an issue and they wouldn’t let me cancel or offer to change dates. They just took the money. Cannot recommend for service at all.

位置很好，走幾步到狸小路商業街，到札幌站也就二站地鐵。到白色戀人工廠坐東西線往西到底宮之呎站。房間乾淨整潔，實際床比想象的大，廁所衞生間也還可以，洗澡基本去三樓酒店的温泉泡舒服，酒店自助辦理，退房也簡潔快速，房間有微波爐冰箱，可以買飯糰牛奶第二天早上打熱吃。除了旺季價格不便宜之外其它都很棒。附近有個超市礦泉水2升才86日元（四元），北海道牛奶1升（12元）

第一晚過渡酒店，距離長者頭地標步行大概10-15分鐘，在小路上所以積雪沒人清理吧，冬天雪地會難走些。房間窗户不能打開透氣，可能是冬天的原因？入住退房可以全程自助，有小池子泡湯，冬天還是挺舒服的，整體不錯。

雖然房間很小 但設備齊全 就是沒有很多地方掛衣服和毛巾 行李箱也只能開著兩個 比較適合雙人房 溫泉雖然不大但是泡泡還是很舒服 桑拿也很讚 距離狸小路也不是很遠

有十多年旅遊達人的我，來説説此次入住這家酒店的感受吧。 地理位置:距離札幌車站不到兩公里，是在主市區 衞生:無可挑剔 服務:還行 性價比:很高，三樓有澡堂

非常好 入住和退房都十分順滑 前台很負責 温泉和桑拿也很舒服 入住必須額外付每間房150日元温泉費用（是不是每人我不太清楚因為我是一個人住的），不泡温泉也要付，不過這也是小錢可能也是意思一下。 裏西十一丁目什麼的地鐵站五分鐘路程，路上還有一個吉野家和便利店，非常方便，旁邊就是大通公園，很多時候有美食節啊什麼的可以狠狠地吃也不貴
