Nice place to stay and very close to city centre. The hotel is a bit old but the service worth the 5 stars rating

This hotel is a bit away from the city center, offering a peaceful and quiet stay. It’s great value for the price, and you can enjoy a lovely view of the city and Nakajima park. The downside was that the room was a bit hot, as I couldn’t control the temperature.

The room is in good condition. Also, it is easy to get to convenient shops nearby.

Relatively clean, though it is evident that the hotel is quite old. The room and toilet were cosy. One main upside to this hotel is that they offer free drinks (coffee, tea, red/white wine, fruit juice, and hotel-made soup) from 1pm to 7pm, which is free flow as long as you are a guest at the hotel. There are also two fine dining restaurants at the top two floors, one of which is teppanyaki-style. There is also breakfast buffet at Lvl 5 which is quite nice.

The hotel was very well location next to a major park. the hotel offered parking with a fee (1000 yen per day) which was convenient. The front desk offered higher floor room with nice view which was pleasant. they also offered welcome drinks upon check in.

Still one of the best hotels in Sapporo, I keep coming back here and ended up extending my stay much longer than planned, because everything is so perfect here. The deluxe rooms are some of the best in the city, and are really worth the extra money. The room service is excellent, but the great part about Premiere is the staff and the location next to Nakajima Park. Having stayed in almost all the hotels near the park, Premiere is by far the best. It reminds me of going into Park Hyatt Tokyo because of the elevated level of professionalism, where it's taken to the level of magic. All the girls working at the front desk have some kind of special energy, like they believe in it. Every detail is accounted for. The laundry service is some of the best I've ever seen, everything comes back perfect. The lobby cafe is great. You can walk right outside into the park. As an artist, I'm always inspired when I come here. Every time I stay at Premiere something really special happens, this is tricky because I want everyone to know this is the best hotel, but I don't want it to get sold out next time I visit :P What a beautiful hotel. The general manager and the whole team really deserve special recognition for running a great hotel. Thank you for such a great stay.

It was the worst hotel that I had ever stayed in. Everything is warned out and old. Don't even think about it

Very clean hotel indeed. Room cleaning everyday. It will be a bonus if there is an English Channel on TV. Teppanyaki is delicious.

The location is great, the staff are very helpful and the rooms are cleaned everyday. Great indeed.

Love walking thru Nakajima Park to get to the hotel from the nearby subway (vice versa) Family room is so spacious too!

Kinda old. Room worn down. A bit awkward entrance. Helpful staff, however.
