Love it so much!!! Very big and complete place to stay for relaxation on your holidays. Good views and comfortable rooms. A lot of Spaces to relax. Unluckily that my health is not suitable for onsen so I missed opportunity to use them. Pingpong room is interesting, I want to play if I wasn’t there alone. Good dinner and buffet breakfast, but would be much better if I can change beef to pork or other meats. Surprisingly, this hotel connects to Shika no Yu. Some facilities can be used together, so I roamed around and enjoyed a lot. An evening lounge to enjoy music and snacks was so good. I really wish to stay here again! Oh, one more thing, I had a nice pic from window to show you first snow of 2024!!

The onsen hotel is spectacular, with decent dinner and spectacular hot spring

The stay was overall above average. Suggestions for the hotel are 1. Usb ports or travel adapters in the room 2. Reception should ask for our dietary preferences when we check in. Couldn't eat the beef dish provided during dinner 3. Drinks counter at the audio area can be extended to 12 midnight as there aren't really anything to do after onsen 4. Feeder bus timing from Sapporo station can be earlier so we can have more time to walk around the parks and vicinity prior to check in. We had to rush to the park as it gets dark very early during autumn.

Great location, free parking. Dinner is set menu. BF is lot of food varities.

Onsen is decent, especially the outdoors ones. The dinner was amazing and the restaurant staff were very kind to help explain the various dishes from appetiser to main course. Using Google Translate helps in communication. The location is great, and Noght Luminaire is a MUST see.

The worst hotel ever. It seemed that the room was not cleaned well and the toilet smelled bad indeed. Bugs floating on the public bath. Follow-up service was terrible. I emailed them many times to check the things i missed, but even no reply at all.

The onsen is very great and you can access to three public onsen, the welcome lounge on ground floor has a pair of great B&W speakers and you can have some snacks wand enjoy the music while you are waiting to check in/out. Very close to the bridge and easy access to the national park. The room is very big and literally the biggest room that I have had during our 10dyas trip in Japan. The dinner is nicely presented but the fasts is not worth the money.

Super nice onsen hotel!!! Overall a very relaxing place which has nice rooms and serves very good dinner and breakfast. Definitely coming back again

Highly recommended for onsen resort just at the backyard of Sapporo. Lovely place, great facilities at the hotel lobby, various onsens and in rooms despite the hotel’s age. Convenient transport options provided on/through hotel website - free shuttle from Sapporo station, taxi service booking e.g. to airport, though the taxi booking is fully in Japanese. Massage booking available too, though my experience was just passable. Kaiseiki dinner and buffet breakfast inclusive - contact hotel in advance if you have dietary requirements (e.g. meat for shabu shabu is beef). Only wished they wouldn’t turn down the air conditioning in the lobby during the supposed lull between check-out and check-in. Mine was 2D1N but would recommend 3D2N for a more relaxing stay.

Nice view & Good facility

Convenient location. Received a very good welcome from the receptionist and restaurant staff. Warm. Tourist attractions close to the hotel. The atmosphere is very good. If there is a chance, will definitely come back and stay here again

the hotel is in a nice location, a bit outdated, but maintain the good shape the kaiseki food, for me it is very good visually, but the taste is something else. all the facilities in the hotel is great but for a big guy (6feet 5) like me, everything is too small
