Comfortable bed, clean , plenty of amenities walking distance by underground hallway exit number 7 to hotel .Many shops around , l will recommend this hotel.

Centrally based busy hotel, quiet inside, lots of amenities, coin operated washing mashine downstairs. Strict policy for checking in, staff is friendly snd client focused. Lots of 24h convenience stores nearby. It is very close to subway, snd to parks and TV tower, would very much recommend it .

Good stay, hotel nearby to subway station exit (underground walkway). Very convinient if have to catch first train to airport. Walking distance to sapporo station, odori park. Nearby attraction Staff was very friendly and helpful. Able to speak in english. Room was clean. Standard size but confortable. Reccomended if travel with family.

READ ME IF U WANT A FULL DETAILED REVIEW: Location: It was good. If you want to save up on transportation cost, the hotel is legit walking distance to many (like the JR sapporo station that has a mall, the clock tower, etc. Theres also a few convenient stores really close by. Lobby: I came here when it was snowing so prepare for slippery and dirty floors! Theres also only 2 elevators and a lot of tourists come in groups so you might need to line up to use it. Amenities: Theres only 2 laundry machines so try not to need to use it because they dont have a system for people using it, making it hard to identify whose clothes belong to when its done so the staff just lets it be there, making it hard for others to use it. The amenities in the room was standard. I do enjoy the remote control bidet and they have a kid’s washing option which was rare. Some reviews complained about the cleaning seemed to not read the instructions. Please use the ‘please clean’ or ‘do not disturb’ cards when you stay there and put the cards outside your room before 10 am. This information will be given during check in and they’ll will wait for you to finish reading it. Room: The room can only fit 1 large luggage and at most 2 mid size luggage. It was pretty small if you have a big body frame. The room wasn’t that clean. There was dried up chilli oil stain on the table that can easily be wiped off. This lowkey made me wonder how they cleaned the room and there i went on a bit of a cleaning spree on most frequently used places before utilising it. The pillow was too soft that lowkey feels like nothing and the lighting at the vanity was bad for applying make up. The air condition was bad in my opinion. They shouldve just not put it on heater mode because it was too warm to feel sleep at night. We had to turn off the heater and open the window to sleep. Bonus: - they gave us a few coupons for nearby seafood restaurants - the room has a purifier + humidifier which is good for the cold weather Overall: A great hotel to stay in if you’re looking for a budgeted stay! Great location and comfortable accommodation.

Just a six or seven minute walk from the JR railway station, with a Family Mart and a Starbucks only fifty metres away. Room comfortable though small - standard for Japan. The adjacent restaurant where breakfast is served gets quite busy; there is a fair selection of items to choose from, but limited fruit and fruit juices. The music at breakfast is a little too loud in my opinion. The front desk staff were efficient but all wearing masks (still covid?) so it felt a little bit impersonal.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is right at the area with the underground shopping links to both Odori & Sapporo subway station. Very convenient to travel anywhere. It is also walking distance to Clock Tower & Sapporo TV Tower at Odori Park. Cleanliness is good as they cleaned the room everyday & amenities are provided. The only compliant is the so-so breakfast & the size of the room. Better to have your own breakfast else where as there are plenty of food nearby. The room is a bit too small for couples. Can't even open both our luggages at the same time. Also doesn't have a cardboard to hang clothes. Should go for the double bed rather than the twin.

Cozy & clean hotel Restaurants are right below hotel, Family Mart (convenient store) opposite to hotel, very convenient.

Everything would be great if all of the night staff at the front desk had good manners and a better attitude. They need to learn how to communicate with guests, especially foreign guests.

Acceptable but so so only in service. Just a good place to sleep well for the night. Don't expect much, then you are fine.

Hotel no car park. But hotel have give me a guide to parking at the nearest car park, one day 2200 yen

It was an overall good stay. Providing one more pillow per person would be beneficial. The location is convenient and close to the main attractions.

Great location. Very convenient to get around Sapporo. It’s weird that the room air conditioner cannot turn the temperature down. The hotel staff said if the room is too hot, I had to open the window. It’s snowing outside.

Location is good. Self help service is provided for tea and coffee and toilet supply. Room is nice and clean.
