The room was too small & there is no FREE washing machine. So it was hard. You’ve to pay 600¥ to wash and dry. And there’s no plates or bowl in the room. The rest is ok just that location was abit far from station.

Hotel didn’t provide clearly information for the parking lot. There is a parking garage. Otherwise, it’s limited 1.55m high. Unfortunately, my car can’t park at the hotel and we have to park it outside of the hotel. Which is not very convenient at all.

Nice, clean, an good location my room was booked at a discount so there was a upset thing running that wasn’t the AC. Otherwise it was fine and not expensive.

Good location and friendly staff. Someone knocked our room in the middle of our first night but after calling the staff they helped us to check and all good, it could be just someone from next door knocking by mistake. Service was great.

Very nice reception. Booked smoking room incorrectly and the reception help to change to non smoking room once after we get into the smoking room

The hotel is located near Nakajima park and is walking distance to Susukino and Toyohira river. The staff were very kind and attentive. There are many restaurants open nearby, although they seem to keep irregular schedules. I would recommend this hotel for anyone trying to stay near Susukino.

ツインルームに泊まりましたが、部屋は清潔で綺麗でした。少し下水が上がった様な臭いがしましたが、全然我慢できる範囲でした。立地もススキノまで歩いて約15分〜20分程度だったので、全然許容範囲です。でも歩くのが苦手な方や移動費代をかけたくない方にはあまりおすすめ出来ません。

行李在機場拿錯了，向前台姐姐求助，很耐心的幫忙給機場打電話，最終找到了行李。感謝🥹，酒店環境也不錯～就在中島公園附近
