This was my second stay at this onsen hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were generally courteous and helpful, although the receptionist could have been more welcoming, as he did not greet guests with a smile. The facilities were well-maintained, and I particularly enjoyed the night lounge area, where guests could relax with mulled wine, coffee, and fresh grilled apples while enjoying a foot spa. The hotel was clean throughout, and the meals served were fresh and of good quality.

Excellent hotel with good service, all the food are superb and most of the attractions places are just walking distance. Bus stop just in front of hotel if travel to and from Sapporo. There is free shuttle bus if you reserve earlier with hotel. Also private Onsen inside hotel with reservations needed. Worth to stay although it is slightly pricey.

I have a wonderful stay here. The food is very good and fresh, and there is a lots of things to do in the hotel othen then going to the onsen. You relax in both their lounge and visit their gallery.

A very traditional onsen hotel with a good vibe. Super good service but food is generally of a small portion.

Asked for rescheduling as one member can’t go for the trip in nearly a week before, but just not response at all and didn’t have any refund

That is a fantastic Onsen for 2 days getaway. Great service, will come back!

hotel full of surprise and details

My favorite hotel from the 4 day trip to Hokkaido. The staff are extra friendly, and they tried their best to help me feel comfortable despite the languagr barrier. Both the dinner and the breakfast buffet were excellent, and my wife and I made unforgettable memories at this ryokan. The public bath is beautiful and amazing, and don't forget to go to the night lounge as well.

Food good. View good. Location good. Have transportation.

這趟北海道酒店裡最特別的，還是定山溪的温暖之宿 晚餐是懷石料理，温泉♨️有設計暝想引導，大浴場休息區，還有鋼琴和笛子演出，晚間可以使用隔壁心之裏 定山，一處非常特別的靜心之處，有露台足浴+美術館+圖書館+晚茶 晚間泡完♨️穿越皚皚雪屋的長廊，來到心之裏 定山，嘗一點香糯的烤地瓜 原汁原味的烤蘋果，翻看道東可愛動物的攝影畫冊，在白噪音背景音樂的氛圍下，心不知不覺就靜了下來 遊客錄上中文留言非常少，基本都是韓文日文，偶爾翻到一條，能感受到透過文字傳來的幸福感！ 誤打誤撞他家門口就是回札幌的巴士車站，隔壁就是預訂的漂流集合地，簡直不要太方便！

酒店太驚艷了 從洞爺温泉酒店過來 這家酒店的設施簡直是提高了一個檔次 而且沒有旅行團 整間酒店都是日本傳統元素的設計 孩子都在説這個酒店的老闆一定沉迷於傳統文化 房間乾淨整潔 洗護是pola的 温泉人不多 4樓是大浴場 b1還有露天湯 我們去的時候4樓人有一些 b1沒有人 獨自享受了露天温泉 晚餐是一道一道上菜 好拍好吃 我們加了兩份烤牛肉 一份天婦羅和一瓶酒 費用500rmb 很值 night lounge沒有機會去 下次再去體驗 酒店離定山溪的景點都很近 隨便走走看看很棒

北海道最後一站“定山溪”簡直是點睛之筆。酒店太美了 ，無論外觀、大廳、房間、温湯、走道，乃至公共衞生間，美且用心到極致。晚餐可以説是最日式最豐盛的晚餐。早餐也不錯 今晚初遇趕上登高跑節，酒店送的票，祈福點燈。
