room is super big compared to other hotel in Sapporo Room in new building is new and nice No need to bring amentes Has all skin care and tea and coffee all day long. Onsen is no good. too small and no view at all. breakfast is ok but too small and not much choices. overall, room is good. bad thing is too far from Attraction. but will this price Should not be complain.

It was a perfect getaway spot. Calm, clean and great location walking distance to the main area. A lot of good food area this area.

Spacious room with maisonette. Location is very near Tanukikoji 6 (end of the shopping street) Very convenient and most importantly it is very clean. Free coffee and ice cream bar provided. Near to many amenities and convenient stalls.

i stay main Building, quite a old Building, old lift (as photo), room's sofa a bit dirty (as photo). The best is breakfast, a lot of choice, fresh, yummy. free for small kids. overall ok with the price One night about 5000yen.

Quiet location, spacious room, like the colors, humidifier in room, compfy bed, blinds darken room 100%, sheets were super soft, everything you need. Only negative: The A/C took long until it finally heated the room.

The room is clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi bath tub inside the room is a huge plus for those who did not like the public onsen within the hotel. The location is a bit far from public transport and attractions but there are convenient stores near the hotel for snacks and drinks. The hotel is also reasonably priced. It

Love this hotel. Free toiletries and stuff at the reception. Room is the nicest but if there is inroom microwave oven will be the best. We have a four beded corner room with great view. Room is big and nice. Shower and toilet is separated. Hot shower is good and strong. Two pillows provided for each bed. Big TV. Free coffee and latte after 3 pm opposite reception. Shared coin washing machine and dryer. Shared microwave oven.

Nice hotel with nice common bath located at level 9 of the main building. The junior suit was hugh for japan standard. Location is approx 12min walk to subway.

Value for money with breakfast included. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Room as usual was a little cramp for 3 pax but manageable. Clean and looks newly renovated Distance from Sapporo Station is a bit far but after getting used to the walking it was ok.

Decent location in Sapporo's Susukino area. Room was extremely clean and spacious for the price point. Will stay here again should we visit Sapporo in the future.

we booked another room about 2 weeks later because a friend wanted to travel along. We requested if we could stay next to each other, but Frontdesk refused by saying the one book earlier needed to pay more in order to stay with each other. We ended up staying on different side and floor of the building. It's the mc same room type and I can't comprehend. The room I stayed was old. Elevator is thirty like service elevator. Onsen area is clean, but water didn't smell like from hot spring. Room isn't like YouTuber said it was big and new, but overall experience is OK.

Took the train from New Chitose Airport to Sapporo station for 1150yen, got a Cab using GO app to the hotel for 1270yen, which was around 1.8km. Its walkable to the hotel through Sapporo station using the underground pathway until Odori station exit 3 turn left and go straight for 300m until you see Lawson and turn left again go straight for another 200m. The food buffet was fantastic, love the pork belly, salmon slice, rice, porridge, desserts, yogurt, shrimp ramen noodle… etc. Around 100m to Tanukikoji street..plenty of shops and restaurants. The streetcar also nearby around 100m just pay 200yen you can go around the city, can use kitaca card or cash. Going back to New Chitose airport it’s nearby 300m opposite Hotel Abest go through Tanuki koji street just pay 1300yen.
