On the last night of our trip, we returned to the hotel where we felt the most comfortable and convenient. Nestled in the heart of the city, the hotel is just a 15-minute stroll from the main shopping mall. If you prefer a taxi, it only takes about 5-6 minutes and costs around 870 yen—an incredibly reasonable fare. Most drivers are familiar with the hotel by name, so you won’t need to fuss with a map. This time, we opted for a king-bed room, which turned out to be smaller than the twin-bed room we had previously seen. After taking a look at both options, we now know exactly which room to book on our next stay. Once again, the staff impressed us with their warmth and attentiveness. Fluent in English, they went above and beyond to assist us, even helping arrange a taxi to the airport. The check-out process was lightning-fast, making our departure seamless. Without a doubt, I will choose this hotel again for my next visit to Sapporo!

This is the best hotel I ever stayed. The hotel staff treat us like as though we are their family members. From the deputy GM to the staff, they gave us the best memories we had in Sapporo 😊 Not to mentioned very scenic places around the hotel as well! Can’t wait to go back there to for another stay 😊😊

Lovely hotel. Very comfortable room. Great team of staff - all speak perfect English & helpful. Had a wonderful time enjoying Japanese whiskey and cocktails at the bar. 1st choice in Sapporo!

There are 2 queen size beds good for a family of 4. The room is considered spacious for us and toilet space is big with bath tub. There is coffee machine, tea bags and drinking water provided. The Sapporo Factory is just across the hotel with many food options and there is a Seria 100-yen shop.

Good environment n room is nice

All is so so so good, I can park my car at the hotel which is so great ! All the services and staff are so good, will come again !

This hotel is chic! The location is a bit inconvenient, but still a good spot to stay. The CNY decoration is not matched with the overall vibe of the hotel though.

Love the hotel vibe and decor. The room sizes are big for Japan. Would definitely come back next time we come to Sapporo.

The front desk agents speak really good English, which are big plus in Japan. Location is unbeatable! And the food are modern and well maintained. No complaint for a hotel in the city centre.

The staff here are fluent in English which is such a rare find in Japan. We loved the interior decor and vibes of the hotel lobby and our room. Location is alright (walkable to Odori park, Sapporo clock tower & other attractions in that area in around 20-25 minutes). Room size was comfortable as well.
