Extremely Rude Staff & Terrible Customer Service I had an awful experience at EN HOTEL SAPA. At first, they seemed to treat guests well on the surface, but in reality, their service was incredibly poor. 1. Rude Staff & Unprofessional Behavior • The staff was extremely rude, and instead of resolving issues, they sent threatening messages to guests. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism. • Hospitality should be about making guests feel comfortable, but here, they made us feel disrespected and unwelcome. 2. False Image vs. Reality • They act nice at first, but once you face a problem, their real attitude shows. They don’t care about guest satisfaction, only about maintaining a good appearance. 3. Unpleasant Stay & Poor Management • Instead of handling issues properly, they create more nonsense and excuses. • They don’t take responsibility for their mistakes, making the entire experience frustrating. Final Verdict: Avoid this hotel at all costs! There are many better options in Sapa with real hospitality. I highly recommend staying elsewhere to avoid the stress and disappointment we faced.

This is the worse hotel ever i stayed in Viet Nam. Room condition bad , view bad , and the Point is staff’s attitude and the Owner attitude so rude. They even threat me by called and email . So terrible for the hospitality. Warning this hotel for everyone if dont want to waste money like me.

This hotel terrible about everything: BAD VIEW , BAD ROOM, BAD STAFFS AND EVEN OWNER. The pictures they posted and the room in reality totally diffirent . Even that they still charge full our money and after i leave bad review online the staffs and the owner keep called me for threated me and texting with bad words. They even said will use my personal information and my picture to post everywhere to smear me and they also challenge me to write a negative review about the hotel cuz they dont care that. THEY ARE CHEATER. BETTER RUN AWAY FROM THEM . SCAM HOTEL EVER.

the size of the room is OK, there is a balcony overlooking the street. the host is super nice. yet, the quality of the bathroom is average, when you are taking a shower everything is wet as there is no curtain. the worst is the noise from the karaoke signing from the village (all Friday evening till midnight) and the duck quack in the morning ;)
