Cheap and Chic is an understatement. This place have more gates and harder to access than a prison. Located up a dirt track it looks like s cartel property. On entering the first gate and beeping the horn for 10 minutes, u are welcomed by a shanty town dwelling made of cloth and sticks with people living in it. You arrive at a car junkyard with roads barely able to fit a car. You get to a second gate that has no bell or intercom. On entering uoy will question your life choices. Albeit this the young staff member was slightly helpful but after refusing to stay the property cancelled re booked the room and refused any refund or further correspondence.

This is 1 of the worst places we have ever stayed we left after 3 days it's a shame as it's in a great location but omg the doors look like they have all been forced the so called pool on the roof is ankle deep fridge didnt work they decided to fit led lights to the bar at 0100hrs hammering and everything anyone can walk in off the street and get to the door of your room there is no security or anything to pass as reception is on the roof floors in room were sticky omg was awful.

Nice view from splash pool on rooftop with poolbar.The morning staff don't have much English to understand our arrival to hotel. It's in main square of the shops,eating area.The room was spacious and gorgeous looking room with mini kitchenette.you do hear the noise from street below, so earplugs are the best 👌 Few steps to get luggage 🧳 up as well as lift to use at few stages.Staff were OK but had to ask for help.Breakfast was simple but OK, some bread was stale 🍞 🥖 ask for fresh ones. There was a issue with my card not being valid and declined by hotel boss,through a hotel third-party booking site, which wasn't possible as it wasn't declined on previous days bookings at other hotels booked. The boss call me and forcefully requested I cancel my booking on third party site and paid in full at hotel. This isn't exceptable way of doing business 🙄 so you don't pay commissions to 3rd party booking site !!!! You pretend my card is invalid and make me pay at hotel so full costs to you and none to booking party. I've contacted 3rd party company and they are dealing with the issues and stress you cause me on my vacation!!! NEVER had this problem before, you scam people into this way of payment to your hotel. 😔 😟 🙁 Couldn't check in until 2pm on the dot !! No food or drinks available during the day,bar opens in late afternoon with cash only payments.No card excepted Lost 2 stars 🌟

Extremely rude people. They never refunded our cancellation which THEY actually cancelled themselves. We had a for 3 reservation which we already paid, never got refunded. Never experienced this before!. Don't go there. Hotels really looks nice on the pictures and such. But most of the reviews and rating are multiple years ago. They do not deserve their stars anymore!

L’hotel ha l’ingresso a fianco al negozio di calcio del “Portugal”. Ho fatto il giro 2 volte prima di capire la porta … Al primo impatto l’ingresso del “palazzo” è veramente bruttino, trovate scale e ascensore. Sono 3 piani, 2 di camere e al terzo troverete la terrazza con una piscinetta, punto colazione e cocktail bar, nonché “reception”. I punti di forza sono 2: camere molto spaziose allestite “kitsch” ma ben curate (presenza di frigo, macchina del caffè dolce gusto, lavandino da cucina con qualche accessorio e forno a microonde), ed essere nella zona pedonale nel pieno centro di Lagos. Quindi questi 2 punti ribaltano la situazione.

Soetwas habe ich noch nie erlebt: Wir wurden unfreundlich empfangen (da zu früh). Uns wurde herablassend die Parkregelung erklärt, statt zu helfen einen Parkplatz zu finden. Anmerkung: Wir hatten einen Parkplatz gebucht, aber keinen bekommen. Dann wurde uns weiterhin von oben herab vorgeschlagen, dass wir doch wieder gehen könnten. Mit Hinweis auf dieStornogebühren lehnten wir zunächst ab. Dann wurde uns vom Chef am Telefon zugesagt, dass wir kein Geld bezahlen müssten, wenn wir nicht einchecken. Das Angebot nahmen wir an. Das Geld haben wir nicht wiederbekommen. Also Betrug/ Vertragsbruch. Wir waren froh nicht geblieben zu sein: Das Hotel machte einen schmuddeligen und abgewohnten Eindruck. Es wäre das Geld nicht wert gewesen.
