There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel, as well as bars and night clubs. An ancient church is 5 minutes walk away, worth seeing. Breakfast at the hotel is very good, they cook deliciously and a lot."

"There are at least four or five clubs around the hotel, and the surrounding streets are full of bars. The windows in the room cannot be opened, there is no ventilation, and there is a strong smell when entering the room. The facilities are old and the wash basin is as big as the one on an airplane. I made a reservation for two nights and wanted to cancel the next day's reservation on the day I checked in. The front desk agreed, but Ctrip waited for a reply from the hotel to no avail. I endured this for two nights. It is recommended to delist this hotel."

It's really not a four-star hotel. The breakfast is not as delicious as the breakfast at the Ibis I stayed in. It's too salty, I'm afraid you'll eat too much."

"Great location for our stay in São Paulo, very close to the subway. Room is small but clean and comfortable. Reception staff is very friendly and welcoming, however, the check-in method of having to re-type all the booking information manually made things quite slow on arrival, with only one person at the desk."

"We had a long flight of over 30 hours from China to Brazil and arrived at the hotel around 9:30 AM (Brazil time). We understand that the hotel may not be able to accommodate an early check-in, but we asked for help in at least being allowed to use the gym's shower room or any available facility to freshen up, as we had a meeting scheduled at 11:00 AM with a client. Unfortunately, after discussing our request, the staff rejected it due to hotel policy. We are quite disappointed with the service and hope the hotel might consider more flexible options for customers who have long flights. This would contribute to a warmer welcome and make guests feel more appreciated."
